I really thought great costumer service was a thing of the past until I went to mcfall tire and met Marcus. He was very honest from the get go and explained what needed to be done thoroughly. After they did the inspection on the car he called and said I needed a new alternator and that it would be done by the end of the day. An hour later he called saying the part they had was wrong once they took everything apart and werent able to get another until the morning. (I had told them time was not an issue because I had rented car) I was completely okay with this said take your time theres no hurry. Later that afternoon he called again, immediately I assumed bad news could only come now. He said the part couldnt be there until early next week and there was a price change from what he originally quoted me due to a more expensive part. He went on to tell me he was able to talk whoever he was buying the part from to overnight the part and price match to what he originally quoted me. The part was there the next morning and my car was done before noon. To have someone constantly keep you updated on what is going and be able to work with you and others to make it the originally quoted price was fantastic. His hard work is greatly appreciated and I have certainly found my car shop if I ever have any more issues. Honesty, loyalty, and hard work. Great combination!

I have been going to McFall Tire and Auto for several years and I always leave happy with the customer service and work performed, however, my most recent interaction with this business was far beyond my expectations. I recently moved to Denver from the valley where Ive spent most of my life, so when it came to buying snow tires I was lost. There are many options that are EXTREMELY pricey and its hard to know whats the safest/best choice in tires at a reasonable cost. In a bind, I called McFall Tires and spoke with Marcus who remembered me (awesome!) and was more than willing to help advise me to what direction to go in for tires even though he had nothing to gain from me buying tires elsewhere in Denver. Not only did he help me choose a safe tire, he called around to different shops in my area to find the tires and provided me with quotes from shops that he thought were a fair market price...really!! Needless to say I wish McFall Tires was in Colorado because this was above and beyond excellence in customer service, they are an honest, hardworking business with integrity that you can rely on! Thank you Marcus for all of your help and let me know if you ever branch out into Colorado!

Today was my first time at McFall Tire & Auto but it will definitely not be my last. I have lived on West Valley for years now and have been looking for a shop like this. When they say family owned and operated, this is not just a fancy saying to get your business. These guys truly care - I even got a chance to meet Marcus McFall today and unknown to me, he has known some of my own family for years! I highly recommend McFall Tire and Auto for any of your auto needs. I will be back and will be recommending to the rest of my friends and family in the West Valley. I will need new tires soon - I know where I am going. What a pleasure!

McFall Tires provides excellent customer service and high quality work. When I moved to the state of AZ I needed new tires and oil change after driving across the country. It was the first place I saw on Indian School Rd and Ive been coming ever since for tires, oil changes and advice on all my cars. Ive had several vehicles and McFall tires has taken care of them all. I refer people for these reasons. Since opening the second shop, I now patronize the new location and receive the same high quality results. Cliff, Lawrence, Doug, Marcus and Silas are great guys. Ive taken my car to many shops in the valley and have to say this is by far the best experience Ive ever had. My vehicle just came out of the shop "elsewhere" and I was having issues with steering, the shop that did the work originally decided to go out of town for a few days & I could not wait. They got me in diagnosed and fixed the problem. No BS straight forward shop, this is now my new go to for all my work. I dont let just anyone work on my vehicle Im very particular.

Called 2 hours before closing time asking about an AC Service, The Manager (Lawrence) told me to come right in. I get there and they pulled my car in right away. Honest. Fast. And Friendly Service. Told me if it goes back to the way it was within 2-3 days to come back and they would take care of it. Left the shop blowing at 57° out the vents! Happy to get this done before a long summer. Highly recommended for anybody that resides in the West Valley

I needed 2 new tires mounted balance all 4. Tjis is on my Jag. XJ8L. Left grease on my steering wheel. Felt funny driving. So i checked tires. New tire were at 45psi. Should be 34psi. My car never had a shake its so bad. My husband took it to a different shop. It did call them about first 2 problems they didnt seem interested. So no its not going to them for the balance problem. I would rather pay someone who know what they are doing...

My wife and I were visiting my son ( Buda ) in Avondale just then he told me he needed new tires and oil was leaking from his honda accord i called McFall Tire & Auto talked to Lawrence he had gave us the best deal in town. Was over at the jiffy lube across the street, felt very uncomfortable leaving my car just for an oil change, they wanted $86. Called up McFall Tire and they got me right in, Marcus gave excellent customer service. Very good prices. Definitely will be coming here for all future oil changes & repairs.
