On 19 Oct. Wed I returned to Az from Chicago.I have a 91 Linc . that looks new and rides new.My air was not working after being in a hot garage all summer here.I looked on line for a car repair and found Surprise Car Care .I saw great customer reviews about service and owner Mike.Went to see Mike and they looked at the air problem.Found a leaking compresser.Mike said it looks like a replaced compresser go home and check the warranty on it before we replace it.I checked and it was under warranty and so I took it to the original repair shop-it was replaced-no charge.Went back and thanked Mike and offered him money for his help which he refused.You want an honest car repair owner-see Mike -thank you Surprise Car Care.

There are so many great things I could say about Mike and the guys at SCC!. They kept me in the loop about everything and laid out all risks involved so I could make an informed decision. My vehicle was being ridiculously stubborn about something (too much to go into here) but they kept at it and didnt complain or charge me for the extra time. The estimate they gave me for the repair was much lower than the other shops with equally high ratings. If youre not mechanically inclined, you wont feel like theyre trying to add unnecessary items or repairs. I always felt comfortable when discussing my vehicle. I wont go anyplace else from now on!

Im so glad I found these guys!!!!! I brought my 08 Ram 1500 to 4 other local shops and basically threw my money away. Had multiple repairs done and still, not one of those shops could fix it. I was about done with this truck, but my buddy insisted that I have surprise car care just look at it. Initially I was hesitant. Although, I wanted to know what in the heck was wrong with this truck. They made several simple repairs and its like I just drove it off the lot again. By far the best place Ive been to!! You dont find many honest mechanics but these guys blew me away. My family and I will undoubtedly be lifelong clients.

For fast, reliable service from great mechanics, come to Surprise Car Care. A couple months back, my Honda Civic started having some electrical issues. The one thing that worried me was finding a reliable mechanic.The first place I went to wanted to charge near 200 dollars to fix it, which didnt sound right. Once I brought it into Surprise Car Care to get it checked I felt much better. Mike brought the car in and showed me exactly what and where the problem was, and he assured me that it was a small issue that could be easily fixed. Since then the only place that I trust to bring my car for any issue is Surprise Car Care.

This is a great place to have your car repaired or have regular maintenance. Mike is so honest and I am very impressed how he operates his business. I took my car there when my car had the check engine light on and said there wasnt anything wrong and didnt want to charge me to do additional testing. I have a 2004 Corolla with over 209,000 miles on it and he could have told me it would need a new transmission or engine but he didnt. He just suggested some other maintenance which I knew would need to be done and did t overcharge me. I will be going to him from now on and hope my car makes in to 500,000 miles.

At first over the phone everything seemed great! Mike was very professional and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I brought my car in to have it diagnosed on why it wouldnt start and initially before I brought it in he had quoted me $88.00. I said that was great since everywhere else was charging around $100.00. So then I get a call 2 days later stating they still have not figured out the problem and diagnosis charge is now going to run $250.00! And that they are still not confident what the problem is! Would definitely not recommend them to anyone in the future.

Surprise car care always does a great job taking care of my vehicle. I had a few issues that I didnt have time to deal with and they took care of them quickly and affordably for me in short order. My vehicle runs like it was almost new thanks to Michael and his team. Very reasonable, offered me a couple levels of repair and I went with the middle level which fit my budget and helped me keep driving my current vehicle as I really dont want a car payment. Thanks again guys. When I need auto maintenance or repairs I will be back.

This place is the best! My car broke down on the way to work so I brought it here since it was close. They got right back to me with the problem and an awesome price to fix it. Have since been back with both mine and family vehicles for repairs and an oil change. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls. They are honest, friendly and affordable! Completely honest and fair. Two qualities that are searched for but never found. UREKA!!! These guys have it in spades... will go nowhere else. They went the extra mile, as to correct my self-diagnosis to a less expensive repair, then charged less than the going rate for said repair, unreal. Also met me on a Sunday to pick up my vehicle when theyre not even open. These guys are TRULY good poeple. when honest and fair will suffice, they still confound expectations. Bless you, Mike.

Needed my A/C problem diagnosed. Mike and his team were able to pinpoint the problem rather than throwing their hands up and making me spend more money than necessary. Ended up being a blown fuse. The previous shop wanted me to buy a whole new instrument cluster. In other words, they couldnt identify the specific problem. However, Mike and his team fixed the problem for a reasonable price and i was out the door wit a working A/C. These guys are okay in my book. Try em out!

After being told I had an Electrical nightmare with my Mercedes SUV by another shop, I went to Surprise Car Care for a second opinion and Id glad I did. They found the issue to be nothing more than a dirty sensor and the problem was fixed at minimal cost which was pleasantly surprising. I met the owner Mike and he was a great patient guy who answered all my questions without making feel like a bother. For great service I highly suggest this auto repair company.

I have been going to Mikes shop for a little over a year now, having repairs such as a clutch replacement, serpentine/timing belts replaced, new radiator not etc. I just dropped my car off again for new brakes, and have no worries at all. This place is highly recommended, not only for their fair pricing, but also for the amazing family-like hospitality. Their mechanics are excellent, and I do not plan to go anywhere else for my car care.

Ive moved around a lot and been to a a lot of different mechanics, and Surprise Car Care is by far one of the best shop experiences Ive ever had. Tyler and Mike are awesome! They do great work, and let you know exactly what is going on and your best options. They really care about you and definitely have your best interest in mind. They even helped me finance my payments so that I could fix my truck. Definitely recommend them!
