I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE NOW THAT IVE BEEN HERE!!! What else can I say about these guys but their shop is one of a kind. Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, and definitely are NOT there to rip off their customers. I had some work done by a previous mechanic at another shop and was having some check engine light issues after the work was performed. Looked these guys up on Yelp and thought Id give them a try after seeing the great reviews. Spoke with Tamra who was extremely nice and got me in as soon as she could. When I first got there I was greeted by the owner Phil. I let him know of my problem and he ran a free Diagnostics check (which by the way Ive never heard of any shop doing). After some searching he found out that my spark plug wires were bad, all of which I was told by the pre-mentioned previous mechanic were replaced. He gave me an absolutely fair estimate but knowing a little bit about cars I decided to change them myself. He told me good luck and sent me on my way, did not try and upsell anything to me (which as you know with auto shops is quite rare). Upon replacing the spark plug wires, one of them was so bad it fell apart when tugging on it. Needless to say got those replaced but the check engine light issue still remained. Called up Litchfield Auto and again Tamra squeezed me in ASAP. Got there the second time and Phil and his mechanics again started a free Diagnostics on the car, mind you they closed at 6pm and I showed up about 4pm. Upon further inspection, he told me that the spark plug wires were crossed and fixed them, handed me my keys, again at no charge and told me have a great day. I couldnt believe the great service at this point so I MYSELF asked him to charge me a labor fee for these guys working on my car for hours between both of the days I took it there. Long story short these guys are EXCELLENT. I have never been to a shop that is this clean and that is actually concerned about retaining loyal customers and not just how much money they can squeeze out of you. Like I said before I know a little bit about cars and Phil and his staff are one of a kind. He took the time to talk with me about the issues and explain how things work with the car so we could be on the same page and never did I once feel like he was out to get me. THEIR DETERMINATION TO FIND THE PROBLEM WITH MY CAR WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! I will DEFINITELY recommend this shop to anyone I know and will go there for all my auto needs. Thanks again guys for being there for the customer!!!!

I have been going here since a few months after they opened. I had always gone to the dealership for anything on my camaro or sierra. After my first visit I knew I would never go anywhere else but here. I have gone here multiple times from big repairs to an oil change. Every time I go the quote I am given is always much lower than the dealership quote would be. Now with that lower quote in no means relates to a sub standard repair. In fact I have always experienced the opposite with the repairs they have performed. When they are done with the repair the price has always been within 20 dollars of what I was quoted on for the repair. They also stick to their work I had the drivers window motor/regulator replaced on my camaro. Within 1 month it had slowed down and then died. I brought it back and they replaced it with no cost to me. The next one died with a month also. I brought it back and this time they put a more expensive motor/regulator in the camaro. Again no cost to me and it has been working great for almost a year with no problems. The customer service is my favorite part besides the cost. Whenever I have had a question about a repair or anything else auto related they can answer it and explain it to me right there. So if you are looking for a great place to get anything done vehicle related go here and be a satisfied customer.

I went last week because my saturn was overheating, so I took it in at 9:30am and they gave me a ride home. They never called me, so I ended up calling around 4:30pm, the mechanic told me he would call back once he tracked down my car. He did call back soon after, he told me that my car was leaking coolant, they would have to replace the intake manifold and that it would cost $318.78. He also told me that it might be an internal leakage and that it would cost around $4,500!!! So, I told him that I would just go ahead and pick up my car, because thats a lot of money, obviously. Once I got there the mechanic had told me again what was wrong with my car, and made it seem like my car was soon to break down. Well, its been a week since, and do you want to know what was wrong with my car...it was just LOW ON COOLANT!! They tried to trick me out of almost $5,000! When all my car needed was some coolant, which cost $15!! I mean just wow. Its been a week and my car is perfectly back to normal. Ive been checking it twice a day and theres no leaks, its not overheating, and the coolant has been at the same level for a week. The one good thing I have to say is that they were nice, except for the whole them trying to take about $5000 from me thing. So now I know to check my car myself before going to a mechanic, lesson learned.

I would not come or trust this place. I brought my statement from Toyota of all the work they would do to fix my van. Being pregnant I brought my car to this location for a second opinion after Toyota looked at. Due to reviews we came. Being a military spouses, 36 weeks pregnant at the time... I feel that I was taken advantage due to price in fixing the 3 leaks in the engine that was over 5g they quoted me on... I should of went back to Toyota dealership with the same paperwork I showed them the problem they found and had them do it...due to the fact that Toyota dealership would fixed the problem and more. They can leave a long review to keep all there reviews seeming like they are loyal but sadly as time went on I have come to find more people being taken advantage by this company. Im just glad Im leaving my experience about them through google. I will not return or refer people to them. Its sad what people/companies do to get as much money as possible. I will steer and warn military spouses to stay from this company.

Free diagnosis before replacing a connector and after to see if I had other issues. They recommended replacing a part without trying to get me to have them order it or put it on. No charge on small simple fixes too. They didnt charge me excessively for parts but they do charge $100/hr for labor which is expected. They also worked on it a day prior to my appointment. I dropped it off with my keys in the drop box on a Wed night, they finished on Thursday afternoon even though I had an appointment for Fri morning. The only thing I didnt like was how they had my car in reverse w/o the e-brake on and not looking at the shifter I started it up (I park in neutral) and the car jumped backwards onto the curb and nearly hit the railing. The worst part about it was the excuses I got. One of the techs told me they always put a manual transmission in the lowest gear and repeated that as the reason after I told him the e-brake wasnt on. NO EXCUSE TO NOT HAVE THE E-BRAKE ON and I shouldve given a lower rating b/c of that.
