I have to say that is not a customer service place. I did an appointment for my UBER inspection a day before. First, the person who answered the phone put me on hold for like 5 minutes, and then answered like if it was a first time call. Then we set up the appointment at 8:00 am for next day. I arrived there at 7:55 am and a lady was in front of me asking for an oil service for her car. The guy at the counter took him 25 min to do this process. Ok, then when he asked me for my reason to be there I told him I had an appointment at 8:00 am for an UBER inspection. And for my surprise, I was not on the list. He said that there is nothing to do, if I want it to do the inspection I would have to wait like 2 hours in there and paying upfront. I took my keys and said nothing. Just left this place. No thanks, I wont come back.

Its hard to find honest, friendly auto service in the Valley. If youre in this area, do NOT hesitate to give these fine folks a shot at your business. Theyre friendly, HONEST, and will work with you depending on the repairs needed. If I could give them more stars, I would. This is by far the best shop in the Avondale / Litchfield Park area. As long as I reside here, theyre the ONLY ones who will touch my vehicle. Great service, top to bottom. You will not go wrong. I should probably add that I could do all of the repairs myself, but choose not to in this desert heat. I know what Im doing and so do they! Worth every penny.

First off I want to say the store manager shoots from the hip and is honest. We came to the conclusion that all big box auto service centers (Goodyear, Midas, Firestone, Etc.,) all have services priced about 2-4x more then your local smaller shops. What your paying the extra buck for is the warranty, guaranteed service and most importantly, access to other Goodyears around the country. Given the economy and my families decrease in income, they applied several discounts to get the price point as low as possible. Still pricey, but, you pay for quality. My only gripe is that their understaffed at the front of the store.

Unfortunately my experience with this company was not great to say the least. After arriving after the first customer for a flat they took my keys and said the repair would be handled promptly. Distracted by their magazines an hour into arriving I realized the time, I proceeded to the car bay to check on my car only to discover that my car hadn’t even been seen yet. I understand not having the staff to complete the job, but good customer service dictates updating your customers. I asked for my keys and left, unfortunate since they are so close to my place of residence.

Set an appointment 2 days in advance to be told that there was a two hour wait. O.O! I really do not know why I bothered to set an appointment. Last I checked the purpose of the appointment was to be convenient and save me time. There was some guy behind the counter who was rude to top it all off. So, hopefully this review will save the next person time by not going/calling this place.

This review has nothing to do with the work that they do, but the appointment issue and bad customer service they give when you walk in for service. I understand everyone is busy, especially in the morning, but that doesnt give anyone the right to disrespect a customer. Owner/Management really needs to have a talk with some of their employees regarding customer service.

They were so rude. They dont honor coupons they send you in the mail. When I showed it to the guy he said they cant help me with it. I feel so bad! They should put a BIG SIGN in there front door saying they cant help you if they dont like you!! Seriously people kept coming in and they were helping them!

Great service and honest! I am in here often as I have three high mileage vehicles. Like any/every shop they do make recommendations after an inspection, but I have never received a bogus upsell pitch. This company is clearly reputation-minded. As a business owner myself, that means a lot.

I have been though many automotive facilities including the dealership. This has been, by far, the best experience I have had. There were some difficulties with the fan clutch. We found out that it was the part that was defective. They are very attentive and care about the customer.

Great shop, very friendly and professional crew. Will walk you through all your options with no pressure. Time frame was exactly what they send it would be. You wont be disappointed, and they are opened on Sundays which is really good for emergencies.

They are extremely busy but they are upfront when you set the appointment that it will take a while. It is worth it to have a company to honest and busy. Busy means they are doing something right. The manager Niles is so friendly!

They have great customer service. They have the hard to find oil my car takes and their prices are really good. I live in Buckeye and I drive to this location because of the excellent service I get.
