If youre looking for a shop that will half ass your service, insult your family, insult your mother, insult you, keep your car far longer than quoted (with "no complications") charge you for products not delivered, use sneaky cost inflating methods, and do it all at a modest price, youll love True Blue Auto. First, I guess Ill start with the couple of pros there were. The part they were paid to install was installed correctly, and their prices were in the correct range for the labor performed. For the cons; They had my vehicle for almost a week after quoting a day. They charged me for coolant and filled with tap water. Their mechanic was rude when I called for an update on the progress the day after the vehicle was to be finished. When I asked if they had found any problems while working, they told me no, but then told me they had found something while working, but waited till they had finished the first job before bringing it up. My car broke down a quarter mile after leaving their shop because of the improper coolant, and they wanted to charge me for a tow. When my mother who was with me, complained about the service he became combative,shouting and sticking his hand in her face, threw sexist slurs at her, and insulted my family.

Absolutely terrible!!! I regret taking my car there. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. Brand new car....nothing was wrong with it. Never had an issue with my car...up unti this True Blue Automotive shop touched it. When I left there under the hood of my car was smoking with a burning smell because they had spilled oil all over. Then immediately after my car started making a loud sound as I was driving it and also shaking and rattling. Me and my fiance went the next morning with the car to find out what happened to it and they had a very nasty and ride attitude with us. Trying to deny that they are at fault for our vehicle . My car is now undriveable on the verge of breaking down because they caused a crack in the transfer case. So now I am without my car and also have to take them to court because they are liable and need to pay for my cars damages that they did. Do not go here...this shop will mess up your car! Disgusting customer service, horrible services, and very unprofessional.

I would stay away from these scamers! Went in to have my air charged and that said I needed a whole new cooling system because everything was clogged up and that couldnt get it out. So they quoted me 1500-2000 for repairs, I said no thanks and moved a long. Well I just had all the gaskets in my motor replaced and the owner said he went ahead and flushed the ac system and pressurized it for me for free. There was nothing wrong with my ac system they just wanted to rip me off!!! Stay clear of this place, they come off as trustworthy and honest people but they arent.

Today my husband was on his way to the gym and his breaks were acting up and not stoping properly. He knew he had to stop somewhere but most places were closed and he noticed True Blue Automotive on Northern Ave. was open and stopped in. Anthony greeted him and checked his brakes and showed him the problem. He called to have the parts delivered and changed out the parts. I thought he would be there all day but Anthony had him on his way in about an hour. Wonderful place. I would highly recommend this automotive place. Great Service!!!! Thanks Anthony.

First off i like to say i find it real funny how true blue has amazing service and people and for someone to say they were rude and combative is nonsense..... theres always that one person whos a hater and by the way there family member is a mechanic) so if they were so bad why didnt he go to his mechanic family member.. So with that said these guys are honest and been taken care of me and my family for 6 years so theres a reason we dont go to any other mechanic.... Thanks anthony and fam for all your great service

Dont trust this company to even put air in your tires. They are disrespectful and rude. They tried to up charge me into something I didnt need or want. When I requested my truck back they threaten me with physical violence. I had my repair else where for $100 were as they were trying to charge me over a $1000. Again DONT use this company, unless you want to get ripped off and threaten. I would give no stars but unfortunately google does not allow no stars.

Horrible. Took my money and my car is still not working. Rude and disrepectful. They tried to fix it but $850 later its still not working. They even refused to tow my car back to my house. Similar complaint is on the BBB site from another customer. Buyer Beware! 07/19/17 There response online is a crock. they are making no effort to work out this dispute, they just posted that information so it appears this is a one time situation.

Been taking our cars here for a couple years now and Ive never been disappointed with any of the work here. Theyre upfront and honest with you, if they are not able to do the job they will just tell you they are not able to do it or if they can they will let you know if they can and how much itll be. Plus they have a really nice lounging area also.
