Where to begin, where to begin... So I recommend to everyone that you read this before going to this goodyear shop. I will be posting it on every website I can to ensure that this business never hurts anyone ever again. I went to this shop twice. The first time in my jeep the only problem this first time was getting treated like a second rate customer when I was spending over $1000 on tires and a front end alignment ... The wait time was literally the worst thing I have witnessed I was there for 6 1/2 hours for everything and I came when they opened with one car in front of mine and only 1 person after me. All of the equipment on my truck was aftermarket. Rough country suspension the works... I had just had installed at desert rat off road 7 months prior to leaving for basic training. However they wanted to insist I have some of the suspension equipment replaced because it was bad... How can it be bad when I just had it installed before I left for basic military training then come back to have the tires I want installed? Second I have my Wifes Pickup Truck... Again lifted aftermarket everything they recommended I replace some things which werent as new but they refused to do the alignment until I replaced them this time... So I said alright, ill go home and replace it myself... Well they didnt like that too much, I came back the next day after having a friend install the new parts. Same thing 6 hour wait for new tires and an alignment. Later, we are driving up to the Colorado river pulling a boat and get this... my tire falls off... all 8 studs broke off because the wheel was not torqued down enough. Guess what the shop said, "Well on your receipt there is a disclaimer stating to re-tighten the lug nuts after 50 miles of driving." I stated I was not informed of this I was just told to sign the receipt acknowledging the amount. What I got in return was a "I guess you should read what you sign next time" Not only did they provide bad service the put my familys LIFE in danger. Please for all that is good in life do not give your business to this company. They dont care about you, or your car, they only care about themselves.

I came in for an oil change, despite the negative comments I read below and the service guy approach me about new tires for my truck. I told him I had an appointment the next day for new tires and he started to probe me as if he thought I were lying. He all of a sudden couldnt perform any of the free/complimentary checks that Goodyear offers because I didnt buy tires. An elderly lady walked in for an oil change and they gave her a diagnosis and told her that they would get in trouble if they allowed her to leave their facility without getting the suggested maintenance done. However, they didnt see that her husband came in with her a was purposely dragging in the background and spoke up about what he knew about cars and told the service guys they should be a shame of themselves for lying to her because the "required" maintenance was just done on their vehicle less than a month ago! I would have walked out with them, but they already had my oil draining!!

Andre Champagne the service manager quoted me $250 for a brake job. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he charged me $540 because he had to change the "Axle Nuts" and do "all the brakes". When asked why he double the price, he said I misunderstood him because he meant $250 for the front brakes and it was $540 for all the brakes. He wouldnt look me in the eye when he was explaining how I must of misunderstood him. I called the parent company and got no response, just an answering machine. Its too bad, I used to come hear for years, now they have a crooked service manager.

I told them to check the fuses. They didnt when 3 fuses were blown. They were quikly to sell me on an alternator replacement (757.00). As it turns out, the in line fuse needed to be replaced and the alternator was fine and didnt need to be replaced. They wanted to charge me 800 dollars to replace the alternator when a fuse replacement on cost 100.00. I wont mention all the repairs the tack on once the repair an alternator that didnt need replacing. Best advice to to awe full place is to get a second opinion as this place is out to rob you blind.

I wasnt too dissatisfied with the place initially. However,when I picked my car up,I was told that I had an oil leak that I didnt before they got ahold of tge car. Fortunately,there was no leak,simply didnt tighten the oil filter after the oil change!!!also,the service engine light is now on,that wasnt previously,whuch didnt matter until now,and I need the car inspected.!!!ugh...

Absolute worst service. Second time in a row. I will never be returning. And I will urge friends and family never to have services done there. They make appointments days in advance though they are hours away from being able to have anything done. Will not ever return. Wshame for Goodyear tires

Not very satisfied not only with alignment that was done, but the price that i was charged for the alignment. It was ridiculous. Instead of charging a flat rate for an alignment, they charge you by year, make and model of your vehicle. I dont recommend this place at all.
