In an industry that is known for taking advantage of people, Windsor Auto Repair stands out in integrity. I took my vehicle in to get the A/C fixed which they did in a timely manner and even gave me a ride back to my house while they had my car. About 2 months later, my cold air stopped blowing and I took it back for them to take a look at. Without going through all the details of the situation, these guys went way over and above and fixed my problem which didnt have anything to do with their previous work. Bottom line, I am going to use them for all my repair needs. They are TRUSTWORTHY and that is the most important thing when you need your vehicle to be fixed.

I am so pleased with my experience at Windsor Auto Repair. I needed a few things looked at on car. This shop instead of running up my bill looked at everything and determined that there was still life on things like my breaks and tires and to wait to replace them until right before winter so that it was fresh going into inclement weather and safer. I will bring my car back here for sure for future repairs. What did need to be done was done and it was very fairly priced. Great integrity.

Just moved to the area and needed to find someone to Figure out why the check engine light came on. Read these reviews and decided to try them. They were very honest and probably couldve charged a lot more. They called me once the problem was identified and asked for some direction. They had the car done when they promised. Brought my Toyota Highlander in to get repaired this week. Always a bit nervous using a new auto mechanic... Scott and Chad were both extremely nice and looked at my car in a very timely manner. Got a call back about the repairs, I was extremely impressed with their honesty on the issues and I would highly recommend this repair shop. I will be back !!!

We took our 2002 Honda Civic in for some minor repairs. Not only were the repairs done quicker than quoted, but it came in cheaper too! Fantastic customer service from drop-off to pick-up. I dont want my car to break down again, but I will definitely be going back here for repairs when it does happen!
