They have great customer service; however, the quality of work is not up to par at all. I had a front end alignment, new tires, and of course they balanced my tires. I ended up going there 4 times for them to balance my tires. They also informed my rotors needed to be machined, however, I did not have them do it because of the problems with them being able to balance 2 tires! The first two times was my tires on the front kept throwing the weights. I found out that the guys were not properly putting the weights on and they were having problems with the weights in general. My questions was if these particular weights kept coming off of all the vehicles, why use them? The last two times, every time they balanced my tires, it was worse than before. I tried for the fourth time a couple of days ago to see if they could remedy the situation. The one employee told me it was 1/2 ounce off on the passenger side tire up front. Well, right after I took it on the highway, the shaking was worse than ever! It was so off that when I would drive 40 mph, I had shaking in my front end. I got tired of it, so I went to Walmart!! Even though I had to pay again to have someone balance my front 2 tires, it is well worth it! I have no shaking at all in my front end at all! Needless to say, I wont go to Fletchers anymore. I will take my car to either Walmart or Sears to have the work done. A couple of weeks ago, I had asked one of the guys for pricing on having my rotors machined, he said around $80-100 so I figure, $120 with taxes. Well, I went to Sears and it only cost $68 with taxes! I wont go back to Fletchers ever!

Made an appointment for brakes and oil change at 2 on a Monday. I showed up and one woman was angrily pacing the lobby, complaining about her vehicle taking several days more than they quoted her. The employee (with his cute nickname "Sharky") was arguing with a family about how their car didnt qualify for the special oil change price. When the family said they should have been told about the price difference before services were provided, he offered to "put the wrong oil in" and note that the customer asked for "the cheap stuff." Finally my turn came along and I was told they dont do appointments. When I said what I wanted done, Sharky immediately started telling me how my vehicle would probably not qualify for their Groupon even though I never mentioned one at all. They called me and, of course, had to up the price on everything as well as do a few services I didnt ask for. I ended up paying 3 times what I was quoted. When I got my car back, it no longer registers that my doors are closed and all of the tires were filled to different PSI, causing my car to pull all over the road. Horrible place with a horrible history. I hope you are reading this BEFORE you go and get ripped off

I have taken my Ford Expedition to Fletchers Tire in Goodyear at various times in the past and twice for what I consider serious repair work. The first time my air suspension system gave up the ghost and the technicians removed the entire system and installed brand new coil/shock/struts that made the Expedition ride like a brand new car. The second time was a few days ago when the radiator starting leaking fluid all over the place. The crew at Fletchers replaced the radiator, flushed the system and replaced the original factory hoses with new ones and now the system is better then original. This specific job is a bear ! Tanner, as the manager, and his crew made sure that my vehicle was ready when promised and I paid exactly what I was quoted before the work was started. With my experience with this Fletchers and Tanner and his crew, I am surprised, or curious, at the one star readings I am reading on this site. While its never fun to throw money at vehicle repairs, my experience has been nothing but positive, in my opinion, a 5 star experience. M. HUNTER, GOODYEAR

What a horrible place to go to. First off the manager was rude as hell and treated me like I didnt know anything and basically said I was wrong and stupid by shaking his head the whole time and saying no, thats not correct.and I have worked in the auto field for over 20 years and was just looking for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to do an oil change, yet I asked him to service my car for what was on the coupon I gave him and he said he couldnt because its not for my type of car. REALLY?A basic Honda civic 2001. Its a conventional oil change, yet they would not do my car for the coupon so they tried to charge me 26.95+tax. Yeah right, so I went next door and got my oil change done at Global Auto Repair for 12.95+tax with no dame coupon. I hope Fletchers goes out of business for treating there customers like S#%t and not respecting people. Last time I ever go here.

Ive gone here several times to have them check out my brakes. After 3 separate visits, the brakes would go back to screeching, and there is something definitely wrong with my car. What really did it for me though, was how the guys would call me 4 times, and leave 3 voicemails telling me to pick up my car in one day! It was SO annoying!! One call was honestly enough. They were closing at 4 pm on a Saturday, so by them constantly calling me, it seemed like they were in a rush to get out of work. I am Their customer giving Them business. On top of that, I had a vital project to do for work and was busy, also trying to enjoy limited time with my family! I agree with another reviewer, "Their quality of work is not up to par at all." That was my last visit, and I will try Sears and my own dealership. My money and time was wasted here.

Sean, the manager and the guys there arent in the business of ripping you off or doing crappy work. Their prices are more than fair and Sean will bend over backwards for his customers. Vince is one of the baddest Master Techs in the business! Brandon is a great tech as well. A lot of people want something for nothing at all or have unrealistic expectations even for a dealership. So thats where their negative reviews mostly stem from. My only issue is that they are very busy. So they may give you a time-frame and miss it. So if they say 2 hours then, give it 5. Ive had them tell me 3 hours and were done in 90 minutes. Call Sean today. THEY DONT DO GROUPON ANY MORE.

Wont go here again. They over charge for everything. I had paid for an oil change on groupon that came with a choice of tire alignment or rotation. The guy never asked me which one I wanted and then when it was time to pick up my car he said that its they are available on request and because l didnt ask for it, they didnt do it. Okay but I showed them it so they should asked which one I wanted. I let that go though. But then they charged me extra for an EPA tax. Thats something that should have been covered already. Because otherwise youre paying the normal price and not the discounted one that you were sold. They are dishonest and sneaky.
