The service shop is a joke. They charged me $100.00 To tell me my AC Condenser was leaking. Then had the gall to quote me $800.00 to fix it. Just so you know the part costs $150.00 at any auto parts store. With labor quoted 3 hours at $150.00 an hour thats $600.00 all in, but they wanted to charge me $800.00 plus the $100.00 to tell me what was wrong, thats $900.00 total. The math doesnt add up. You wanted to charge me double for the part! Oh and I dont want to hear after market parts. the MOPAR part is the one that failed in just 5 years, which it shouldnt have done. A part is a part. Does MOPAR put gold fittings on the end of theirs to make it cost double? does it chill so much better OE (original equipment) doesnt make a part better sometime s theyre actually worse. Also, $150.00 an hour for labor WHOA!!!! any reputable mechanic charges in the area of $80.00 an hour. You guys are rip off artists feeding on peoples ignorance. To sum this up, I fixed the condenser myself. Took me around 5 hours. Im no mechanic, dont have a shop lift, and all the fancy tools to make the work easier. It cost me for everything travel, parts, gas money etc... $250.00. Plus the $100.00 for the crappy diagnoses, which turns out was only partially right. It was an o-ring seal going into the condenser, not the condenser itself!!! I still replaced it since I did all the work to take the old one off, but didnt need too. If your going to charge outrageous prices, how about doing the job 100% right. in my opinion I should get a refund for a bad diagnoses. You guys need to get some integrity!!! If I could I would give you zero stars! PS. Ive bought every car I own from these dealerships. You 100% have lost my business, which includes the car Im going to buy for my daughter next year! All because you want to gouge people in your service shop.

I am so mad with everyone there i gave them a $1000 down and i traded in my SUV that was worth $1500 so lets just say i gave them $2500 and they only gave me $100 for my trade and they told me i was good to go and then they waited for 2 1/2 week to call me to say we want our car back so i took it back and when i got my car back the gas was about gone i took it in with 1/2 a tank i got it back the gas light came on and it smelled like piss inside of it and they were rude and mean and all they care about is money they gave me a used car and the remote did not work and and it needed 2 back tires and there were about bald plus i had to fix the driver side tail light bulb as it did not work at all .Trust me i will never buy from them again they lied to me so many times beware they told me that they would program the remote for me but they could not because they dont sell used cars at this dealership they said if it could be program its $70 if not then its $230 for a new key they should of told me that they cant do it and i had to call everywhere to find out if it could be program.

This was the best experience Ive had at a repair shop! Everyone was really nice and the waiting area was awesome. They had free fountain drinks, coffee and hot chocolate, popcorn, and bottled water. They sent me a text message within the first few minutes saying that if I needed anything throughout my visit to respond to the text. The wait was a little longer than I was expecting so I texted the number for an update and he responded with the details and apologized for the wait. I had my baby with me and ended up using the Customer Quiet Room they have blocked off to nurse him. The rep saw me through the window in there and smiled and waved and then sent me a text to take my time. When I came out they had everything ready and didnt try to sell me anything (*ahem Jiffy Lube*). They had done a state safety inspection and had replaced two lights at no cost to me and then didnt charge for the inspection! I was very surprised! He apologized again for the wait and I was on my way! I will definitely be back!

I came to this location because it had the car i wanted. An infinity g37x coupe, i mean it was sick. Went the same day it was posted on ksl 12/18/2016 and Austin was able to let me leave with the car! The next day i came back to finish the finances with Danno(finance manager) and paid the down payment and included in my pricing was the warranty and gap. On the following day, I called Danno back to cancel the gap and warranty. Well long story short the warranty and gap are still on my Loan and its been just about a month now since i have cancelled it. Love the car though its perfect.

My husband took in a diesel truck for an oil change. They said it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. He called them almost two hours later and they had no record of the truck and said they couldnt find it. They said they would look for the truck and call him back. They call as were arriving and the truck was never serviced or even moved from where it was left. 2 hours later after they had registered the truck for servicing nothing had been done. They simply "forgot." I have never been to a worst place than this. Extremely unprofessional. He ended up taking the truck elsewhere.

We are new-ish to the area, we prefer to take our car to the dealer for an oil change. We were going to the dealer we bought it from in Salt Lake and the service was horrible! Performance Auto has a lifetime customer! They were polite, I was able to get an appointment the same day. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait, 20 minutes later its done, it was washed, the doors were open for us, A/C on and they even places two water bottles in the car (my daughter was with me.) This kind of customer service is unheard of, faith in humanity restored

The people here must be idiots; I come in and asked not one question but two, to both the parts store and the mechanics in the grudge. Both idiots gave me a stupid answer, “I don’t know, did you try to Google it?” Thank God I don’t take my car to be fixed here; they don’t even know anything about the cars they work on. Best to take your car in to Salt Lake, these people are a complete waste of Tooele land.

They only care when they think they are getting money. After you get your car worst service. The service center has the worst custmer service. Bought a new care 1 month later moter went out was told that when they fix mt moter that it used my free oil change. bought auto butler was told had to show prof. Well go to slc next time

Worst service ever, I have been trying to get ahold of the Dodge parts department and all I get is the voicemail 2 days in a row, I gave up and called Ken Garff and they answered the first time and I had my parts in no time!!! If you need service go somewhere else.
