Billy, Dena, Shawn & Tommy and the gang...are some of the best people Ive ever had in my life...as friends first, and my mechanics right behind. I totaly trust them to take care of my LiL Red MKZ....they are professional, trained to the newest standards, and really listen to you. If I didnt agree with something they said, they would calmly discuss with me until I saw the error of my way, or they saw they error on their way....either way...Im completely satisfied...in this shop....the customer comes first! Dena, you rock girl...and I will never forget you meeting me at 6:30am! Excellent job!

It is very rare to find a mechanic that you can trust. Once I came upon the My Mechanic shop I knew I would not use any other mechanic for anything. I have found this company to be very honest and extremely fair with thier pricing. The entire staff is very frienly and extremely competent in the work they do. Thier pricing is very competitive. My first encounter with them I was able to save over $150 dolars based on an estimate from another shop and the work they did was excellent. The name of this company says it all and they are definitely My Mechanic. Never again will I go anyplace else.

Billy, Deena, and the guys at My Mechanic are great. They take the time, as much as you need to explain and show you the problems you may have. Their prices are more than fair, and it is great to trust in your mechanic, which is "My Mechanic" I definitely recommend them to everyone. I have been going there for about 5 years.

I live in a area with a pack rat problem and My Mechanic has fixed my car a couple of times now. The last time they gave me a lead on device to install under the hood and so far it is working. While my car is in for repair they keep me updated on the progress and cost, I appreciate their focus on customer service!!!

Overcharged to change the wrong part that was obviously not broken after I told them it would not fix it they insisted and never gave me the old good part back. Also my car now smells like dog poop. Also would not refund. Im a senior mech from out of state so I know whats up.
