I brought my car in once and received good service at a fair price for a minor repair and talked them up to one of my employees. My employee took his car in to see these guys. Experience 1 (800.00): employee took his truck in and 800.00 later they broke more than they fixed. They refused to fix what they had broken and said sorry we cant help you. Now his truck has no working gauges (which worked before he took it in) but at least runs now. Bad service when they fix one thing ,break another and then refuse to fix what they broke. Experience 2 (800.00): I took my wifes car in to have some leaks taken care of. We got the car back and the car was still leaking in the same spots on the floor. I talked to Paul and he said bring it in, we will look at it and see whats going on. Experience 3 (800.00): I took my wifes car back in and apparently none of the things that they previously fixed were broken. Now we needed a major overhaul of the transfer case, transmission pan was bent and leaking, thermostat was bad, thermostat housing was leaking, water pump was leaking, etc... We paid to have these leaks fixed (accept the water pump) and when we got it home it was still leaking. Experience 4 (400.00): I took my truck in to have a connector fixed under the valve cover. They fixed that but broke the connector to my A/C compressor. A/C did not work. I took it back in and asked them to have a look at it ( at this point I had no idea the plug was broken) They / I found the broken plug and his response was "So do I owe you a new plug?" This is after a recommendation to use super glue to fix it. I super glued it because they were not going to "fix" anything on my truck again. You have to replace the compressor side (the compressor) of the plug to fix what they damaged. After Experience 3 we took the Jeep to the Jeep dealership to get a second opinion. We did not mention anything about having certain things fixed previously. Apparently Belgrade Garage missed a leaking trans cooler at the core. The transfer case did not need a major overhaul, The transmission pan we had replaced (because of a leak) was not the problem. Keep in mind that we also paid for a flush and fill (again not necessary). They missed the fact that on top of the transmission there was a sensor and a bushing with two O rings that needed to be replaced. That was the source of the leak, not what they "fixed". So we paid 1,600.00 bucks for them to hit or miss diagnose and repair things. I am sure that some of them needed to be fixed but I am also sure that some of them did not and three visits to have what should have been done the first time is one too many. Sounds a lot like my employees experience so I have no faith that they will refund any money and make it right. I would stay away from these guys. We are now paying the dealership another 800.00 to fix the actual problems or in all fairness what they missed

I have been going to the Belgrade Garage for all of my repairs for at least ten years. I have always found them to be professional in the work that they do and to be fair in what they charge. I know for a fact there have been times when they have done work for free. One case was a young woman with a suspension problem. She said she did not have the money to pay for what needed to be done. Since Rick, the owner, did not want to see her driving her car in a dangerous condition because of the risk of possible injury he did the necessary repair for no charge. I will tell you that you wont find anyone else who is more conscientious about treating his customers right. Dont believe the one star rating by Andy Andy. Whatever happened has another side and I have no doubt that Rick will go out of his way to make it right. When he does I hope Andy Andy comes back here and corrects his review. I will continue to take my car there and recommend the Belgrade Garage to other people. I know you wont find a better place to take your car.

I need to THANK Rick, Paul and the crew for all their great honest work! I have always had anxiety as a female dealing with mechanics thinking they would just screw me over as soon as they seen me walk in the shop. I have used the Belgrade Garage now for 3 years and I have never been disappointed by the work performed on my vehicles nor the price. Trust me I have called around and compared their price to other shops in the surrounding area and I always end up making my appointments with them. The job they do whether big or small has always fixed my problem and I have never been disappointed by their work and the friendly service. I know I am not the only woman that feels this anxiety dealing with mechanics so I hope I can give all the gals out there some ease at who to choose for your mechanic. I obviously am not the only one that trusts the Belgrade Garage according to the other reviews I have read. THANK YOU AGAIN GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!

If the was a rating of 10 stars Belgrade Garage would get all 10. We have been going to Belgrade Garage for over 10 years now and have always received great service. Rick, Paul and the gang are very friendly and will get the job done right. We have been out of state and had issues on the road and called Rick for help on what could be going on, hes has always given us good advice on what needed to be done. Last month we were in the middle of nowhere when our vehicle shut down. Rick helped my husband to find the short and was up and running, in no time with no tow bill. We live 90 miles away from Belgrade now and we still take our vehicles there for repairs. Our friends here also take their vehicles there now, because they love the great service too.

Very friendly and helpful but the price I was charged was higher than what I was given verbally and I was charged for refilling my windshield washer fluid without being asked, which annoyed me because I had some more fluid in my trunk and would have refused the refill. The work they do is good but I was also given the impression that they didnt want my business because I initially wanted two things fixed including an oil leak and only got one fixed and when I asked about scheduling to get the leak fixed I was told it might be expensive and I would be better off doing it some other time. Never did get that fixed.

These guys are amazing! I was having problems with my car misfiring, they took care of me! Found out that my car never had the wires changed on my tune-up, they replaced the wires, fixed the ignition coils and I was done in 1 hour. This is my new mechanic shop. Rick, Paul, and Steve are such great honest people! I was also very impressed that Rick took my car for a test drive after he was done putting in the parts! Impressive. Most service at dealerships never test drive my car, they fix it, it takes weeks, and then they call me. What a great mechanic shop!
