This shop was slow to respond to my questions regarding repair status, issues with the vehicle were poorly communicated, and the staff seemed indecisive in the next action to take. Several details were missed that ultimately resulted in me having AAA flatbed it to Denver after it sat in Leadville for about two weeks.

I was visiting from out of town on a snowy weekend when the skid plate on my car started to come loose and hang down. Ryan took in the car, fixed the skid plate and charged me nothing. They couldnt even open the hood on my car for less than 200$ and I got it done in 5 minutes, if you have a foreign car dont take it here, customer service is good though
