Went to get spark plugs changed here and they ended up changing the distributor cap as well which I agreed to because they said it was needed. Two-three weeks later my car is shaking uncontrollably on the highway and is not driveable (I was in El Paso). So my mom helps me out and has it towed to a mechanic in Alamogordo because I didnt have time to see what was going on. So I get a rental so I can continue going to work in El Paso and drive home to Las Cruces. Come to find out the distributor cap was put on wrong, that is the only thing the Alamogordo mechanic fixed and my car was working completely fine again. My mom in the meantime called this place to let them know what happened. (We have the receipt of their work and the receipt of what had to be fixed). They yelled at my mother and told her she could sue them if she wanted help with rental, towing, mechanic fees etc...then asked her why she didnt have it towed to them in the first place. Maybe because we didnt think the issue was because of previous work and she didnt even know I had that work done, she was just helping me out because I was busy with work and moving my entire place that Monday (car broke down on Saturday) and I work the night shift Thursday-Sunday. They never apologized which would have sufficed and my mom brought the part back to show how wrong all the screws were put on and they still denied it. Very unhappy with ever visiting here.

Would not recommend. Took my truck in to have timing chain and coolant leak fixed. The management is not customer service friendly. They will not call in to check in with their customer on the status of vehicle. They hire outside mechanics that are not real techs. The guy they assigned to install chain didnt use the right key for installation. The guy didnt install the crank shaft correctly and there techs admitted he had hard time putting everything back together. The parts that were removed from engine were not bolted in correctly. Leaving the shop the truck belt ripped due to not them aligning everything correctly. Basically all the employees and mechanics made excuses and dont know what there doing. The last thing they did was make sure to damage my transmission and now it leaks all the fluid in a matter of minutes. They made sure to leave me with a lemon and now will have to look at getting another vehicle. Do not trust these people. Poor management and if you show any sign of complaining they will damage your engine on purpose.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! THIER MECHANICS ARE CROOKED AND DOPE HEADS AND THIER MANAGEMENT DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THIER DOING-JOKES! THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN!! THEY BURNED ME ON 2 DIFFERENT CARS AND WOULDNT HONOR THIER HORRIBLE SERVICE BY ACTUALLY FIXING THE PROBLEM AND JUST WANTED MORE AND MORE MONEY. DOPE HEADS!! JUST LOOK AT THIER MECHANICS AND HOW THEY DO BUSINESS-PATHETIC! YOU ARE WARNED!

All staff acted in a professional and caring way. I took my vehicle to other shops and the AC problem couldnt be detected. They were determined to get to the bottom of it and got it fixed! Courtesy calls were made to me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the work performed. Las Cruces is fortunate to have this shop available for Auto repair service!
