A somewhat inconvenient location with scarcely any parking. On a first visit here you will doubt that you are going to the right location. Clearly, this is a facility that is primarily used as a distribution hub and the package pickup (or dropoff) service is an afterthought. The employees at the front desk were affable but you had the sense that their role here was insignificant.

Hours are awful and the business itself is legitimately frightening to walk in and out of. I always feel unsafe. I walk in with my phone visible and my pocket knife close at hand. Their hours are unreasonable for working folks and you cant find reliable hours online OR their voicemail. You might come 3 times in one day and the place is locked.

Kim, Sandra, and Tammy are the type of friendly professionals that make shipping boring gear fun. Wish the location was open on Saturdays, but it not a deal breaker.
