Its weird to be passionate about a shipping company, I know, but I cant help it. UPS and this hub specifically are one of the few companies that have never let me down. In fact the guys (and gals!) at this location have often gone out of their way to make sure I get my delivery on time. Rerouted trucks, packages held at the station, and once I even ran into the driver at the gas station after I had missed a delivery and he made it a point to flag me down into the parking lot so I could get the shipment. They never disappoint in their drive to take care of you. Its rare to find a bunch of folks so focused on the customers and this hub has them all.
