Attempted to deliver one time, left note saying it was second (not final) will try again the next day, never did, then they sent the item back. I didnt go pick the item up because the facility is almost an hour out of my way. I know that they didnt try because I was home all day both the day before the "second attempt" and the day after, when they were going to "try again". Now I will have to reorder the item, and hopefully it will arrive before Christmas, since it was going to be a gift. Also, why do I have to sign for a throw blanket, but you (FedEx) will leave my $500 Dyson vacuum cleaner on my door step (at an apartment complex) in the box that it comes in, not even wrapped in brown paper, without asking me to sign for it, or leaving it in the apartment office? Also, the office will sign for packages on behalf of the tenant, and the delivery drivers are supposed to know that.

Really! A simple security gate with call box befuddled this driver so much that he was unable to deliver the package. Cmon the instructions are on the panel. Push call button put in apartment number and we get rung and we open gate. Tadah, its magic!!!

Put a sticker on my gate, did not attempt to deliver, knock on door, ring doorbell, nothing. Called 15 minutes after seeing sticker and told could not deliver and wood deliver again next day. Sorry customer service.
