Ill be happy to update this review if anything changes, but Im currently extremely disappointed. A while back my roommate attempted to have a package delivered via Fedex and the driver repeatedly left a note saying he "needs code." Our door does not have a code, nor has it since I started living here, in fact, it only has doorbells on the outside the link directly to each of the individual units inside. Its just as easy to notify of a delivery as any normal home. I was expecting a package today, and waiting in my living room to be ready to dash to the door when the bell rang, so as not to miss the driver. However, I glanced out my window just in time to see him leaving the lot, without so much as ringing the doorbell, and he must not have waiting long, as I was glancing out the window into the parking lot every few minutes to see if he had arrived. I needed this package ASAP, and now I have to wait 3 days just to get another note? I called the number listed here (its just the number to Fedexs national support line, if you were hoping to talk to anyone at this specific depot, good luck) and was given the run around, assured that they would "do their best" to deliver the package on Tuesday in broken English. This is ridiculous, and exactly the reason why Im thankful Amazon primarily ships via UPS, they have no issues ringing doorbells, and Ive never failed to get a package from them. Fedex is cutting corners and allowing their drivers to simply stick notes on doors and not even try to deliver the packages, expecting people to come pick up the package from their depot after a few shoddy "attempts." As I said, if something changes, Id be happy to update this, but in all honesty, I doubt it will. Every time Fedex is supposed to deliver a package, we get a couple notes requesting a code (which again, we dont have a coded door) and then we have to go get it ourselves. Whats the point of paying for shipping if they dont even deliver?

I was told my package is being shipped back because I didnt pick it up on time - I went to pick it up in the same timeframe as my last four packages, but whatever. I was told I could pick it up at this location this week end before it got sent back. I was unable to find any store hours, and the phone number directed me to general customer service who Im not even sure understood what I was saying, as I dont know what country I was talking to. This was NOT a cheap package, and the fact that I cant get any help makes me never want to use fedex again.

Waited for a package all week only to receive a call saying the delivery driver didnt deliver my package because he needed an apartment number. I live in a house! No apartments in my neighborhood. When I called they said that they had been here twice and nobody was home. If they had been here they would have noticed I live in a HOUSE

We just had 2,000 lbs of mulch delivered curbside at our residence. Kate the driver was most helpful providing top notch service with this shipment. We were so pleased with her winning attitude about her job and how much she helped us. When we have a choice of carriers we will definitely use Fed Ex again.

Have never had a good experience getting packages shipped through Fedex. Thank goodness very few companies ship via FedEx and I will think twice about ordering from anyone who does just to avoid the hassle.

Had exact address, said they couldnt find. My son has been using wrong size briefs since last Wed. They were supposed to call this morning, still waiting. Speedy didnt have a problem finding me.

Great friendly staff. It is a bit intimidating of a building. And the pickup window is in a Faraday cage so be sure to load up your tracking number before you go in
