I drove 20 minutes to drop off a package that had to be post marked by today and the store was closed. The hours posted online says store hours are 9am-5pm on Saturday and the sign on the locked door says hours are 8am-6pm on Saturday. This is very inconvenient for me as now I will not be able to ship my package by the specific date required bc the nearest UPS store alternative to to the searcy location is an hour away and that location closed 2 hours ago.

We contacted the UPS store and they said they didnt close until 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. We got there at 12:50 p.m. coming from Beebe. The gentleman working came out, seen us park, and got in his vehicle and left. He looked right at my husband as he drove off standing at the door. Very frustrating.

Ive been here a thousand times and never been treated the way I was today by a blonde older lady - she just acted like I was on her nerves and asked the dumbest questions!!! Never going back to this store Ill go to Cabot from here on out !!

Every time I visit they are beyond helpful. Once I even missed the drop off time to get one day shipping and a member of the staff drove to meet the truck in order to get it delivered the next day.

Did your website open and closed times!! You are not open until 5pm on Saturday. We drove 45 minutes to drop a package off because the site said you were open.
