We shipped a package out of this store and also wanted to prepay for a return shipment of the same product. The woman working the counter was such a b--- she would not handle our request. My guess is that she did not know how to do it and just wanted us to go away. There are other shipping and UPS stores that we will use, but will not ever enter this one again.

Dropped off a package earlier and had no problem as attendant politely taped it up for me, hours later, my wife who is a former employee there asks to borrow the tape and is told there will be a fee Wow Wont be returning

Policies are rude. They charge for taping ur box or you have to buy a roll of tape for $4! My box required a strip literally. Use a different store of the post office
