Person on the phone was extremely rude a few weeks ago. Was out in cold when I called and it was windy and hard to hear on phone. Said I was By Rienow and Slater by the hospital and employee got frustrated that I listed 3 locations. I asked what is more preferable a place to pick me up and he didnt understand and said, "Look lady, were really busy here and I cant understand you, call back later." I will never call them again.

Almost got hit by one of their drivers on my bike while going through the roundabout in front of the Field House. Passed me within one foot of my bike instead of the law stating three feet. When I caught up to the driver, I knocked on his window to tell him the law only to have him hurl expletives through the window. This is why I use Uber on my weekends around town!

The driver was horrible. He cut corners, made the car swerve a lot, went through alleyways, swore a lot, was unorganized, car was very filthy, talked on the phone and was angry at me because his equpiment was not working then sped off and left me in the middle of nowhere when I told him Id pay extra if he waited. Never using this company again!!! (Iowa City, IA)

Worst phone service I have ever experienced. Person on the phone sounded like he was bored and had better things to do than talk to me. I was trying to set up a pick up time for a guest. He was extremely reluctant to even take my request and kept wanting me to call back later. Will not be going through PINKS again.

Fantastic! Super friendly and curteous, very clean/smelled good, very professional and great driver. Cost me about $11 for about a 6 mile ride home, which isnt bad at all!(especialy when I usually pay around $20-$22) I will definitely be using them in the future. And as should you!

I live in Minnesota. My 90 year old aunt was out of groceries. The grocery store would not deliver. I called Pinks. They pick up the groceries and delivered them to her door. Zach was amazing and helpful. My aunt loved their quick service. Thank you Pinks!!!!!

Called Pinks the day after a certain cab company, who shall not be named, made me late for work. Pinks not only got me to work on time, but I was actually early for once. Thanks Pinks ^_^ . (Everyone knows Pink is a far superior color to yellow any day).

Pinks saved the day. Other taxi didnt show up when I needed to get to the airport, and after a call to them, they showed up within 5 minutes. Driver was courteous, prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.
