Had a priority overnight package that needed to go out ASAP as it was time sensitive. The clerk assured me it would go out that day. It sat for TWO FULL DAYS before it was even scanned. The manager was so rude when addressing their mix-up and accused me of not knowing when I dropped it off. Then she said I imagined it... WTF?! Luckily, I had multiple pieces of evidence of when I dropped it off, so they admitted that I was right. But thats as compassionate as they were: simply acknowledging it sat for 2 full days without even being scanned. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Crappy service when the situation couldve been somewhat alleviated with some simple, basic human compassion. So much for their Purple Promise...

Had a package shipped overnight to be at my place of business by 3. At 3:30 it still was not here so when I tracked it they said "customer unavailable, left door tag." They never came in the door (we are a store front) and never rang the doorbell, no door tag was left. I was sitting at the desk the whole time, no one came to the door. When I called customer service they werent concerned. Went to the depot and they said they would call the driver to have them re-deliver. I went back to my office and waited for an hour and half. Driver never showed. So why did i pay extra to have it shipped overnight?

Even though I had left instructions to call me upon arrival, due to the fact that I live in a secured building, there was no attempt to contact me so that I could receive my package. Spoke to Todd Brewer and he could not guarantee me a time that I could drive to the pickup center to receive my package, and would barely guarantee that I would be able to receive my package today.

Would rate zero stars if I could. They never came and knocked on my door. Founder the door tag on my door, I was outside at the time that they were supposedly here. I call to complain and tell them that I needed that package right now because it had a gift card that was my gas money. They were absolutely nasty to me. I will never use fedex again.

They were able to locate a package I needed immediately that was on a delivery truck, set up a rendesvous point and give me directions. Excellent service!
