Had a shipment of computers coming, and paid extra for adult signature required, and they are supposed to bring into our office. I admit that we are on a second floor with no elevator, but what they did was inexcusable. I happened to walk downstairs to go to my car, and sitting in a common hallway that several other companies use, not to mention that is open to the public sits my 10 PCs. I look around for the truck, expecting that the driver just brought them in first, then would bring them up, but no deal. Driver is long gone. On several other occasions we had envelopes that were just thrown up onto the first landing of the stairs. I did raise a stink about all this with Fedex, and I spoke to a local manager who gave me his direct number, and asked that I call him if it happens again. He did say he would take care of it. We will see how it goes.

The absolute worst! Had two packages sent us. One was a replacement drone and other bank card. Driver left no information of how and where considering they have multiple location Iowa City/Cedar Rapids Iowa to get the package. The bank card package was lost and then found days later. After driving 100 miles to find out I was at the wrong office and no clear communication of where my package was located. Made 3 trips before finally getting it. It took 4 days to receive my package after it was in the area. I dont usually leave reviews but absolutely piss poor service, communication and follow through. Businesses save your money and use the post office.

Was expecting a pkg today and of course the delivery guy didnt knock just left the door tag and ran away. Called the 1-800 # and was given wrong info and the first agent i spoke with half assed her job. Its sad that none of the local offices can give me any info on my pkg. Called the 1-800 # again cause the address i was told i can pick it up didnt have a phone number, the second agent i spoke with was 100 times better and was able to request a 2nd attempt by my driver to deliver the pkg. And this is what I get for paying extra for overnight shipping. If I have a choice in the future its UPS all the way!!

I ordered a product with a company that took much longer than they were supposed to in production. Today, Im supposed to have my event with the product, they got it to fed ex late. I called the national Line to see if there was anything they could do. They quickly had the local facility call the driver and call me back!! They made it important to get it to me in time! Thank you for your follow up and fantastic customer service!!

FedEx held two of my packages at their facility for over 24 hours because they werent scheduled for delivery that day. When they delivered them there was an indirect signature required (I told them in the delivery instructions to go to the office) but they wouldnt let the office sign for them because they dont have my last name. What a joke, definitely go with USPS or UPS instead.

We had been trying to ship a broken phone to our cell phone provider all week from Iowa City. We stopped at 3 locations before arriving to your location in Cedar Rapids. It was a frustrating process until Trish helped us get our label and packaging figured out. She made the entire process much easier. We appreciated her help. She is an asset to your company. Once again, having to drive up to pick up a package that I paid 2-day shipping on. No, I dont want to wait until Monday (today is Friday) for you to attempt again when I need it today. FedEx is the only shipper that cant figure out how to get into my apartment building, despite giving them the code before. UPS and USPS have no problems getting me packages on time.

Called them four times with my door code to the apartment and they never once came inside the apartment to even leave my package by our door. Had to drive out to the store from Iowa City because they couldnt figure out a simple 4-digit door code or have the decency to call me when they were outside. Will never use again if I have a choice.

FEDEX SUCKS! Trying to deliver a package to me that requires my signature doesnt succeed while I am at work, not home. Ask for it to be on Saturday when I WILL be at home they will charge $15??!!!! No, NOT ACCEPTABLE! Dont use FedEx -go with USPS or UPS if you want acceptable delivery service. Even a one star rating is too generous!!

I called the place when I was receiving computer parts in the winter and when I stated I did not want my computer to be left in their warehouse overnight they were kind enough to hold my package and let me pick it up that day rather than have a re-attempt the next day. They were polite.

Drove from Iowa city only to find a sign that said back in 30 minutes. This is after they did not deliver to my building because they claimed they did not have the door code although I have received numerous packages here with same code within the last few months. Very frustrating

I have 2 packages I ordered November 29th & 30th that were to be delivered December 4th & 11th. Both showing pending. FedEx has no idea where my packages are, and are probably lost. Told me to call the shipper and have them file a claim. Really, FedEx Smartpost you suck!

Door tag two days in a row- Monday and Tuesday. Called, wont hold it at warehouse, going to put it back on the truck even after I told them no one will be home and I will pick it up during the day. What a joke!!

FedEx continually delivers our packages to the wrong address. We get their packages and they get ours, its very frustrating and has been happening for years. UPS is much more reliable and friendlier.

I canceled meetings and stayed home all day waiting for a package and the driver did not deliver it claiming that there was no one home. Ridiculous! He did not even try.

Always leave a tag by the building door without even checking if Im home. I will have to wait downstairs to receive my package on time.
