So far this automotive service place is the best one I have been since Ive been living here in Fort Smith for the past 16 years I have been trying to find a place that will be able to give me a good price as well as good service on my car that Ive been having issues for the past six months and no one not even Ford dealership was able to figure out what was wrong with my car after paying $90 and some change for a diagnostic. after six months later and after so much money that I put in my car trying to figure out myself what was wrong with it I ended up coming to this place and gava it a try Ill let the owner know what issues I was having and how long Ive been trying to fix the issues and he let me know that he will do a Diagnostics on the car and will provide me the issue the car is having but will be a $80 charge for the Diagnostics but if I decided to go ahead and have the issues fixed with him he will not charge me for the Diagnostics which I thought it was a great deal I took the car in and left it for a whole day and whenever I got it back my car felt like brand new and I was so glad and a huge load was taken off my back he did fix the problem that I was dealing with for 6 months that no one was able to fix I will sure be coming back good service good price and hey honest business

Went in 3 times for the same problem (bad sensor, they said), but they still didnt fix it. They charged me a $60 diagnostic fee, refundable if I had service done. I got $5 credit and wouldnt say why I didnt get $60 credit. I went back again for the same problem and was charged $60 again. They "fixed" the problem (or so they said), but claimed it wasnt related to the original problem, so only took $5 off. 3rd visit SAME PROBLEM AGAIN, same bullshit. I finally went someplace else: the problem was a bad sensor...the same problem FSAS claimed it was. THIS time, someone fixed it right.
