They have a large selection of beauty products. Some of the people that work there are extremely stuck up. I went in there to buy some of the organic Physicians formula powder, and was treated very poorly since I was not wearing any make up. I was treated a little better when I was purchasing the powder, but by then the damage had been done. I also searched for about 5 minutes for the product right by a group of employees and none of them asked me if I needed help. I can order better, organic products online with out being subjected to the high schoolish vibe of this store. I will NOT be back.

They are horrid. After arriving and hearing them complain regarding other clients from earlier in the day, the lady who did my hair proceeded to turn it orange. I asked for highlights on my roots and she just colored it in with a solid color turning my roots orange. I was unable to catch her before she started since she came up from behind me with her color brush. I thought she was going to foil it. They are awful and I will not go there again.

Like any other makeup store, I guess its who is working that makes all the difference. Have been here a few times with great service, a few times with workers who seemed a little stuck up, and also one time that an employee literally followed me around the store the whole time that I shopped as if I were going to shoplift. The product selection is more diverse than makeup, which I appreciated.

Disappointed with customer service. No one willing to help me find what I need. On top of that at check out I had a coupon from ulta online store and they would not honor it because they said it was on the other side of the store. Probably going to return everything that I purchased just because of the Service

Ive been here probably 5 times or more. Theres never been a time when I wasnt made to feel like a nuisance to the staff. "Maybe if we ignore her long enough shell go away" "Maybe if were snooty enough to her shell realize she doesnt belong here" I would complain to a manager but Ive never seen one there.
