I only wentt to Ulta because they have a Tarte product that is only sold at Ulta, or I would have gone to Sephora. However I called to see if a product was in stock, because its a highly popular item right now. I called and spoke with a acossiate there. Placed on hold to make sure the product was in stock and in my shade. I was told it was when she came back on the line and that they would put it on hold. I drove thirty minutes to the store two hours later and when I got there it was gone. There was a note with my information stating when this person gets here let her know its now out of stock. So basically they placed the item on hold, but ended up selling it before I got there two hours later. No one seemed to care that I drove all the way out to the store to pick something up that was placed on hold and it was now gone. No apologies, NOTHING! I asked for corporates numbers, which I would normally not even do. However the lack of anyone even caring or even giving an apologie blew my mind. If you have to go to Ulta go to another location! Trust me!

Honestly the staff here are so rude. Ive gone in here twice because its the closest one to my house but the staff are always terrible. If theyre not standing around gossiping then theyre glaring at you like you stole something. I once picked up a naked palette to read the ingredients because Im allergic to some basic stuff. And it started beeping and the girls working there immediately became so obviously annoyed about having to turn off the big white tag that I felt guilty. Ive even seen them basically stalk customers just to glare at them too. If you ask them a question about a product then theyre always super quick to cut you off and answer your question short and as quickly as possible. Theyre only good if youre going in for a quick visit but even then stuff is rarely stocked. Ill drive an additional 10-15 minutes for my make up just to avoid them.

I went to the brow bar for an eyebrow tint and wax. I have been growing my eyebrows out for a long time now and was really nervous to get anything done with them, but expected them to come out looking better than they had when i walked in. The tint showed no difference at all, and the wax, i do not think she even took any hair at all. A complete and utter waste of time and money. Disappointed because i had seen such good results from tinting on other women.

Terrible experience every time. Not once do I get offered help when I am looking for something. All the employees just hang out in a corner. I usually have to ask 2 or 3 of them before I get any actual help. I also spent $21 to get my eyebrows done. It was honestly the worst wax I have ever received. I was growing my eyebrows out and she completely butchered them to the point where I have an awkward bald spot on my left. NEVER GET AN EYEBROW WAX HERE.

Im so tired of this location. I was treated rudely and with a dismissive attitude while the young girl in front of me was fawned over and given more attention than she probably wanted. Many times the employees are congregated in the high end make up laughing and having a good old time. While you despair of finding anything in this under stocked store. I will take my business to another location before I give up on ulta altogether.

I am very, very, very upset about the salon waxing I received today. I spent $20 for no shaping whatsoever in my eyebrow arches. All she did was clean up the bottom, then she said she was done. For what she did, I could have very well done it myself at home and not spent $20 or I could have gone elsewhere, which I will be doing in the future. I will not be recommending or going back to the salon.

I had a great haircut and style by Denise. I wasnt sure what style I wanted, and she helped me choose a cut that would work with my hair and my lifestyle. She did a great job on the cut, and as she styled it, she explained each step to me so I could do it myself at home. I have actually been able to make it look good at home, too, which NEVER happens after I come home from the salon! :)

Every time I have gone in for a color here my stylist Jana was late. This was the last straw for me. I walk in at exactly 3:15pm for my appt and I pass her doing makeup at the front. She greets me and says that she will be just a min. I waited for a little over 20 min without her even coming back to check on me. She does an ok job of coloring but its not worth all of the waiting.

My first visit at this Ulta location was this past Tuesday. I had the best haircut of my life with Nicole! So, I scheduled a transformation of blonde highlights for 2 days later and I am amazed! Nicole is beyond amazing with her sills, knowledge, and personality! I cant wait for my 6 week follow up appointment because I know it will be just as fabulous! Thank you, Nicole!!!

When I go to both the 119th & the 135th locations, there are 2-3 employees playing make-over off to the corner. I can hardly find any help. Watch out if anyone is stocking shelves, they will not stop a moment & get out of the way. The cashier at 135th could give one care less. If you dont like your job lady go somewhere else!

Today I was in Ulta looking at different colors in makeup and all that before I try to find them online for cheaper, but every time I moved to another aisle this one girl would follow me around the store and made me very uncomfortable, I gave her my stuff to put back and left.

I walk in the door and I can practically hear angels sing. Its makeup and hair care heaven. I purchase my hair care products from Ulta, and Im in the points club. I get gifts from them for my birthday. This year, it was a full-sized eye shadow from Urban Decay. Full size!
