HORRIBLE! She was great with dying my hair so I thought I would be ok to take my daughter there. We looked at a picture and she cut it some what like it. We picked a picture was an angled bob, and she cut it much shorter with no angle. My daughter hated it, and I while I thought it was alright she was in tears. I made an appt else where but my husband talked me into going back to the same salon, why I listened I will always regret that. We brought in 3 different picture of very short hair, but still feminine and long enough to put behind the ear, it would bring it more at an angle, and look less dorky than the other cut. I was very clear with many pictures and said not to cut it shorter than it already was in the front. She said I just need to blend it a bit, and I said fine. I left feeling ok with a smiling daughter till I got outside and looked closer, her hair was barely behind her ears so much so that it doesnt stay at all, it is like a short side sweeping bang. the other side is no where near going behind her ear. I didnt mind the back being short but everywhere is extremely short, as in an inch. I took her out of summer school because we both were worried about being teased. I have spent a small fortune in clips, headband, and jewerly to make her feel better. She said it was ok only if it was a few inched longer LIKE WE ASKED VERY CLEARLY. I ordered vitamins and we lay upside down massaging our heads together at night hoping that when she start middle school in the fall we will have something to curl, put behind her ears, some thing more flattering than this mess. It is choppy too. I offered to pay again if she fixed it but she said no. I wondered if she was mad about having to redo it. After a week of anxiety over this new style I decide to write a review. If you want your hair dyed she does a great job, but for a hair cut GO ELSE WHERE!! I actually know the girl who I brought in a picture of and saw her with her much longer cuter hair, I am not even sure what this lady was thinking but she has caused a lot of stress for my daughter and I, and I will never ever recommend that anyone go to someone who cant from 3 pictures, and explicit instructions still manage to just butcher a poor little girls hair.

Dalla Cima has a lovely atmosphere and Matthew is both friendly and professional. Reasonable rates for a fantastic product. Dont miss it!
