Never, ever again. Went in to get my son a simple trim and they massacred it. His head had to be shaved to fix it and it looks terrible! He is devastated and cried! It will takes weeks to grow back and he hates that he will look this bad until then. The stylist was rude, didnt listen and argued with me. She tried to blame me even though she confirmed with me exactly what I asked her to do before completely ruining his hair. Would recommend staying far, far away.

More than likely the worst place to get a haircut in the des moines area. I have had my hair cut 2x here to make sure it wasnt a fluke. Both times horrible staff and haircuts. i dont expect great things after all i went to wal mart to get my hair cut but dang. Take your kid here maybe.. but just as easy to take them where you go not here hopefully.
