Have not been back since my last experienece. Thought I was paying for good quality, over $100 for partial but ended up getting something that I could have gotten at cosmo school. After testing out here and aveda, I went to Fantastic sams, paid wayy less and was more in love with my hair then. I know us hair stylist are not magicians but at a fancy upscale place like this...I should have walked out loving my hair. Which she , well not her but another stylist due to another appointment overlapping mine which I found rude, tried to fix it but took the term as me wanting lighter (as in my terms of knowledge now, I meant it was brassy) she took it as adding more foils for overall blonde....

The life of my hair has changed dramatically since going to Raydiance Salon. I went from feeling like I had drab and unmanageable hair to actually liking my hair. I not only leave the salon feeling pretty, but my stylist has told/taught me how to style my hair at home too. I find the atmosphere at the salon to be friendly and relaxing. I enjoy walking in the door, being greeted by name, offered a drink, and then on to the hair washing (which feels more like a head massage!). My girls and I look forward to our time at the salon and leave feeling wonderful. I highly recommended Raydiance Salon.

Whenever you move to a new community, there are so many decisions to make - which doctor, dentist, mechanic, beauty salon? This time finding a new hair stylist was easy! I thought our realtors hair looked pretty great, so I asked her where she went. Raydiance! That was five years ago, and I never think of going anywhere else. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. Shannon gives great color advice, fantastic cuts, and absolutely the best scalp massages! I always look forward to my appointments because I know I will leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I went to Jessica and she was fantastic. I came in and wasnt exactly sure what I wanted. I just gave her a few suggestions and ideas that I had but asked her to just do what she thinks would be best.In the end it was perfect, Jessica was able to give me exactly what I wanted without knowing what I wanted.On top of the great experience with Jessica the salon was a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was very kinda and helpful. I would suggest Raydiance to anyone.

Great salon! Im not a fancy guy by any means, but my wife uses this salon and it was recommended by many of our friends. I have always enjoyed going to Raydiance and I continue to receive the best hair cuts Ive ever had. The employees and owners are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. They use high end products and make you feel appreciated. I recommend Raydiance every chance I get. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Karisa :-)

First time at salon- although it was not a bad experience- my hair was cut with a razor which does not work with my type of hair- it is also uneven. Tried to call back to get a redo or at least some help in what to do - and was told that since my haircut is outside of the two week window- (by 5 days) there was nothing that could be done- NEVER going there again- whatever happened to customer service!!!!

I have been going to Raydiance for many years. Not because I care so much how I look, Im just a regular guy. I go to this salon because every time I leave and get home to my wife she tells me how hot I am. Thanks for keeping it spicy! Very unhappy with my hair color. I went in wanting it to be lighter than it currently was and walked out with it looking like nothing was done. It almost looked darker than before. I had also got my hair cut there which was good and I really liked it. But as for the color, I got to my car and started crying cause I just wasted 100$.

Ive always enjoyed my experience at Raydiance. As a teenager, I was nervous about getting bangs, but I really wanted to try them. My stylist was perfect- she knew exactly how to cut them and showed me how to style them at home. I would recommend this salon to teenage girls who are unsure what to their hair or how to style it.

From the atmosphere to the head massage/shampoo to the actual cut/color, its clear that the stylists are thoroughly trained, talented and knowledgeable about every part of the process. Always a good experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the people friendly. My daughters and I get our hair cut here and always leave feeling gorgeous. Several great stylists. Have had make-up help for two of my girls and the staff does a great job teaching makeup application as well as color choices.

Everytime Ive been to Raydiance Ive never left disappointed. I can go in with a picture of how I want my hair to look and Ill walk out looking exactly like it. I think a hair cut starts out at $25 but you get what you pay for, and thats style, quality and a fun atmosphere. Definately my number one!

Dawn is our girl, for the entire family. Yes, it may be a bit spendy, but not when you compare them to other places of the same caliber...in my opinion, more than worth it!!! Weve tried other salons, only because we dont live in Mankato, but we have found Dawn is worth the drive.
