DO NOT GO!!!! Trust me find another hair salon...it started when I got feathers put in my hair, I was told they should last for at least 10 weeks(minimum) and if not to just come back and they will replace them...the only way they would charge me was if I lost the bead that connects the feathers in your hair....well about 2 weeks later all 3 broke....so i went back and was told to come back the next day(fyi..the sign says walk-ins welcome..and it takes no more then 5 minutes to put them in) I came back for my scheduled 5 minute appointment and was informed they were going to charge me $25 again...I had to talk to the "owner" who continued to roll her eyes at me and tell me she has never seen them break before and all they would do is put the broken ones back in....REALLY??? I was shocked...she then insulted me as her receptionist decided to put her two cents in as well... I walked out and will never return...please do not go there!!! I have already reported them to the BBB

Im not a feather person, so I cant help you there. I can tell you that Ive been seeing Carly for at least 4 years. I followed her from Regis at the mall. She is the only person that I trust with my hair. I have thick curly and impossible hair and everytime she works wonders, whether its texturizing or thinning. I even went to her when I "sinned" and went to another salon and got butched, she fixed it and worked her magic. I cant tell you about anyone else, but Ive never had a problem there.
