I want to clarify that this review is based purely upon the results of my hair. I have been to salon oasis for multiple services. The massages, facials and pedicures I have received have always been above any other place Ive attended. Their customer service and atmosphere is great. That being said I feel it necessary to tell past and future clients about my experience. I went to salon oasis on December 26, 2015 for an ombre color and cut. Angela was my stylist. She was sweet, welcoming and we had a nice conversation. I was immediately comfortable behind her chair after seeing all of her certifications and finding out she trains/travels for Redken. I showed her a couple of pictures and ideas that I wanted done. I also want to clarify that I realize how difficult doing an ombre can be. Im realistic, I know that every persons hair is different and end results will never be exactly like a photo. We discussed what I wanted and moved forward. After she was done with my hair I wasnt quite in love with it. I figured the way it was curled and the amount of product in my hair influenced that. I went home and after a few hours of smoothing my hair out, looking at it from different angles and listening to my mothers opinion I became incredibly dissapointed. I called them the same day and they scheduled a redo free of charge for December 31, 2015. I felt so bad for complaining but I had to remind myself that I spent over $150 and didnt get anything close to what I requested. I went to my next appointment incredibly nervous because I felt horrible for complaining and I didnt want to offend Angela. She was great! Still friendly, welcoming and was eager to make it right. I told her I wanted it lighter. She started working on my hair. She foiled it with some sort of lightener which I assume is bleach because my ends are completely fried. I cant be entirely sure on the product she used though. After I sat under the dryer for about 30 minutes she proceeded to take the foil out, washed my hair and slightly dried it. I was horrified with the result it put me in tears. It was as she said "chicken yellow." She then told me not to worry. I was terrified. I held back tears the whole time. She once again foiled my hair with a darker color. After all was said and done I ended up with a non blended, grey/green ombre and fried ends. The second I got in my car I bursted into tears and cried the whole way home. After speaking to three other stylists I now have to pay another $150 to fix the color and I will most likely have to cut 2-3 inches off. This is the first review I have ever written on a buisness in my life. I feel terrible for doing it but I feel it was necessary.

I needed to get a spa date set up for my two friends who were getting married, and was desperate! Every where was booked, or nearly so, including Salon Oasis & Day Spa! The good news is, unlike the multiple other spas I called, Oasis was flexible with me, and we got my friends in the next day for everything they wanted! Ive yet to have the privilege to go to Oasis, but my friends said it was spectacular. They loved how the facial included a scalp massage, and that the columns and general atmosphere was a Greece-feel. I want to thank everyone there for treating the groom and bride like a god and goddess; and as soon as my schedule clears up, Ill be in there next. Id recommend Salon Oasis & Day Spa to anyone, a wide rage of prices, great customer service, beautiful interior, and wonderful results. You cant ask for more!

This review is in regard to a facial I had recently with Shevaun. I havent been getting facials regularly because my esthetician moved to NY and I havent found anyone else in KC thats decent. When I lived in LA; I had cadillac insurance that allowed for one facial a month, so I got facials in Beverly Hills for years. All of this to say I was SHOCKED at how good this facial was in EVERY respect. My expectations were VERY low and she blew them all away. Yes, she does extractions - its a REAL facial; and my skin was BETTER after and she massages SO MUCH I almost regretted the massage I had booked after - probably did not need it. Now that I have found Shevaun I will be getting facials regularly again for sure.

Unfortunately, I cant remember the name of my stylist, but she was fantastic. I remember she had a Doberman dog and perhaps 2 (?) cats and shes from a small town in Iowa! There is pretty much no one else other than her that made my hair so beautiful after a blowout... Especially on such a windy day! it was pretty funny because the day I came, I just came from a 3 hour drive and I came in with bed hair! To top it off, later that day, there was a tornado / storm in the area and she still made my hair look flawless and the curls really held. If I could, I would always come here for her to do my hair! I loved the cubicle-like area where I was taken to and she was so sweet and happy to talk to me.

Im now out $230. My hair is fried and with in 2 days all the color has come out. Im so up set I cried on the phone to these people and they dont care. This was my birthday gift from my husband to me now I have to have my hair treated for the damage and cut even more. Do not go here worse place ever. Very up set they cant help me now I have to pay some one else which I dont have the extra money. This place is a joke.

As a person who has struggled with chronic pain i have found regular massage therapy has eliminated visits to the ER. I have been coming to Salon Oasis in Liberty for a few years they are truly amazing! They are always flexible on scheduling appointments and the staff are always friendly! But dont just take my word try them out very reasonable prices! Mary has been phenomenal as well helping me to relax.

This spa is beautiful! The service was impeccable. But the best part by far was Morgan! I had a facial and massage and she was fabulous. Very professional and personable at the same time. Any future appointments I make will definitely be with Morgan. Thanks for my day of pampering!

Loved how the stylist did my daughters hair for prom a few years back. They also did a great job cutting and styling her hair a couple of months ago. Incredibly relaxing atmosphere. I bought my mother-in-law a half day spa day and cant wait for her to try it out.
