I just got my haircut there today and the woman I was scheduled with wasnt even there, so I was put with someone random! I normally dont complain about anything but Ive never been more upset about something. I went in wanting a trim with layers and bangs. The lady who cut my hair asked if a half inch was enough and I said that was perfect. Thinking a half inch was all that would be taken off!! As she was cutting my hair I was noticing a lot of my hair falling to the floor. I told myself it was just the layers but when she finished, about two inches were gone and the layering she did to shape my face looked like a 5 year old did it. When looking at the back of my hair I see no layers. I now have to go some place else and pay more money to get it fixed and potentially get more cut off, which is not what I wanted in the first place! I know hair grows back but hair is a big part of what makes you feel beautiful and I havent stopped crying because of it. I will never go back to beauty brands or suggest anyone else. I asked for a simple haircut and I got a botched one.

Awful customer service. My mother, whom is on crutches and in a cast from her waist to knee from hip surgery was in there for 15 minutes by herself and was not welcomed in, asked if she needed any help or anything. There were only 2 customers in the store, my mother being one.She dropped something and another customer helped her pick it up. I was at another store grabbing something quick and when I got back to beauty brands I was also not welcomed in or asked if I needed anything. I helped her find what she needed, then at checkout the cashier was rude,lazy/disinterested. After helping my mother in the car I went back inside the store with her items and said everything above to the manager, manager sucked and upon walking back to the register the cashier said "I dropped something earlier" which I replied "Im sorry no one was there to help you pick it up". Snarky comments and horrible customer service= failing store.

DO NOT go here to get a blow out. They advertise that they do them, but didnt even have the right supplies for a true blow out. All the stylist did was wash my hair & then start to blow dry & style. When I asked her why she wasnt using a huge round brush & large setting curlers she looked confused & said, "Im not sure we even have those things, let me check in the back." What??!! Their staff isnt even trained to do a true blow out. They shouldnt be advertising that they off them. Stick to a blow dry bar if youre looking for one. Not only that, but in the middle of doing my hair her next appointment showed up & I waited 45 minutes for her to get back to me. I was so upset I almost walked out. I just wanted to get out of there.

My friend and I both went for an appointment together and we both left very unhappy. After calling and speaking with a manager they agreed to let us get our hair fixed at no charge. I got a call the day before my "redo appointment" from the stylist that was going to be fixing my hair (Pamela). She asked if I could come in so she could see what she was needing to be done. So I came in. After looking through my hair she told me that I was wrong and that my hair was suppose to look the way it did. She then refused to redo my hair and said "They have you down for four hours. Im here to make money and Im only here for eight hours." I definitely would not recommend this place. Some very rude and inexperienced women.

Went in for a haircut to try and fix a disastrous one given to me back in May by Ulta salon. Julie, the stylist assigned to me could not have been nicer and more understanding when I explained what had happened and what I wanted going forward. She truly listened to me, looked through photos I had for ideas, assessed my hair type and current length, and worked with me on my ideas. She knew her stuff and what would or wouldnt work, but was willing to bring suggestions to the table to get me as close to what I wanted. I could not have been more thrilled when she finished, it was even better than I could have hoped for!! Will definitely be going back for another appointment when needed!

My wife made three appointments for her and our daughters a week ago. Today, we got there 11 minutes late with an empty lobby and two stylists walking in the door with Starbucks and we were told that they were too busy. Upon applying some pressure they continued to not meet our expectations. Thought the best thing to do was to add to this thread of very poor customer focus. I am not sure how a business even stays in business with less than 2 stars, sorry for those that must put up with this level of horrendous customer service.

I booked the appointment for $46 and called to confirm price and appointment on October 28, 2016 at 3:55pm (CST). I also added a haircut to the appointment on this date after confirming price. PRICE ONLINE IS STILL REFLECTING THIS VALUE!!! I WAS CHARGED $86!!!

To Carynn Vandeputte. I go to Pamela and Ive never had any problems. I always go to her and have never been disappointed. Shes wonderful! All I can say is you had an issue with your hair before, you cant expect someone to work complete magic and completely fix a mistake by another hair dresser. And saying something rude about someone else online still doesnt fix your problem.

My 3 daughters and I got hair cuts here. A senior stylist, which is the most expensive stylist, cut my 16 and 14yr olds and mine as well and did a pretty poor job. My 11 yr olds stylist was not a senior stylist took her time, listened, and did a fantastic job, even despite the fact that she had to try and conceal a big chunk of hair that had been cut off in anger

We were in need of assistance. The "Beauty Specialist" looked straight at my fiance and I and ignored us, then two women walked by and she was sure to ask them if they were alright and needed any help. We found help from someone else, and we made sure to let her know of the situation. All and all, we felt uncomfortable.

What an unpleasant shopping experience here today 5/3/16. I will rate my sales associate as one of the most unfriendliest individuals on the face of the earth. If you cant treat customers w/respect then you have no business working w/the public. HELLO, PLEASE & THANK YOU!
