I have been to several of the better salons in the area and then one day prior to my family vacation, I was desperate to get in quickly and get something done with my really long, super-thick and unruly hair so I called Vargas. I was hesitant because I dont like to switch stylists, but I explained to the person who answered the phone exactly what my hair needs were and that my hair needed attention. She recommended I talk to Norma Smith. Norma immediately laid my fears to rest as she explained her experience with my hair type and with hair color prior to coming to Longview and told me whatever time was good for me she would work out. My daughter and I both went to her that day and we LOVED her so much that I took my teenage son to her the next day. The salon is comfortable and roomy so you dont feel like youre sitting on top of the next person. Everyone there was really friendly and accomodating. Norma took her time and made sure I was happy. I liked that plus she texted me later to see if my husband like it. :) That was very thoughtful. I feel like I made a friend and will keep going back to her.

BEST salon in East Texas! Peter Vargas is the best stylist in Longview. He takes the time to explain the process, uses superior and natural products, and keeps your hair healthy throughout the entire process. He is known for color correcting and exceptional service. Highly recommend. Will not go anywhere else!!!
