I moved up to Arcata from out of the area around a year ago and CLR was very helpful. I didnt know much about the area, but heard and saw how difficult it can be to find housing. In my experience, their services were straightforward, prompt and accommodating. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Do not let them manage your property! The agent paid for repair without telling us, His accounting was incorrect , lacked communication with us. Remember the agent controls the money , There is no way you can get your rental payment from them.

Purchased a home through California Lifestyle Realty and it was great. Showed me a variety of houses until I found the one I wanted. Were very helpful with all the paperwork and mortgage process. Would definitely use them again. Austin was great.

These people operate like theyre on a perpetual vacation. Simple R&M requests can take weeks. Bare minimum.
