I would highly recommend Tami Alleman. I live in Michigan and she sold a house for me in Oregon, and made it all work, so I never had to leave home. Tami is wonderful to work with! Shes professional, and very personable-very nice,easy to talk to, kind,caring and hard working. She is calm,dependable and efficient, and always got right back to me. She was patient and answered all of my emails. Tamis very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. She made a complicated process go smoothly. She worked hard to get my house sold. She got me the best contractors, and what impressed me most was how she went above and beyond to get everything done. I could not have been happier with the excellent service she gave me. I would refer Tami with complete confidence to anyone.

Tami is an incredible pro to work with. She really got my hopes up about selling my place and she delivered quickly. My condo went on the market on 8/9 and I had an offer on 8/13! She really understands the market. Not only that, she was delightful to work with throughout the process. Tami is great at communicating important information in an accessible way and very promptly. I live out of state, so I really leaned on her to ensure that all the needed repairs got done. She consistently had referrals to great contractors with very competitive pricing. She also did a great job coordinating several moving elements throughout the closing. I could not recommend her more.

She is thorough, and knowledgeable about all things real estate and in particular rural properties.
