BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE THE WORST BUYERS AGENTS. THEY PLAY DUMB WHEN IT COMES TO TSUNAMI,FLOOD INSURANCE. IF YOU ASK ABOUT FLOOD INSURANCE THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN A DISCLAIMER. Every time I asked about flood insurance the agent asked me to sign a disclaimer! They have a readymade disclaimer that they insist you sign! That way the agent is covered! Then when you no longer want them as a buyers agent you get a nasty personal letter about wasting the agents time. Scarlettt Kier was the agent
