Landlords BEWARE. It has been my experience that this company has no regard for the properties it handles or their owners. My latest experience has left me dismayed as to the bad service, bordering on malpractice Real Estate 100 operates its business. I had a major problem with my home recently and it took them over a month to repair the problem, seeming not to care about the tenant or myself. Finally I was presented with a bill for about $1500 all told. By the way they do not send out receipts for work for your tax records unless you specificially ask for one. They got no estiments to bid out the work or no prior notification as to how expensive the job would be. One would expect the company to get off its lazy butt and do some work to at least try to get some competetive bids. This is contrary to the way one would expect a business responsible for other peoples money would act. Apparently they think collecting their 10% per monthly service fee is all they have to do. All I got from them was an email saying that the there was not enough money in my rental account, even after the rent was paid to cover the bill. When I expressed my displesure about how badly the problem was handled by them and their lack of attention to the several issues that accompanied the repairs, they told me that they would no longer represent my house. In fairness to them I will say that after much pressure by me they did assume some financial responsibility for the bill. The poor conduct exhibited by them towards me is unacceptable. This is after over 20 years of me paying the monthly service fees to them. One would think that after all these years of loyalty and thousands and thousands of dollars I payed them that there would a better effort by them to make things right. Not with this company. It seems he would rather pout about a disagreement than to be a man and come to some kind of adult resolution and put the situation behind us and go on from there. So he lost a client, I have already found another agent and I guess hes holding his breath while still having a tantrum because he got insulted. Dont deal with this company if you cant put up with the frustration of dealing with a baby.

Dont let the prolific ads fool you. This company is very, very bad. When I moved in the unit was dirty and the mailbox was broken. 5 units were given a single garbage can for trash. I had a broken stove in my unit, but because a single burner worked they fought me about fixing it.They were sort of polite until I signed papers and then became condescending, rude, and unhelpful. They would call me to accuse me about various things, like moving my boyfriend in or throwing trash around the single garbage can. Right before I put in my 30 day notice I had a parking issue that was my fault and I came in to apologize about it. I was nastily told that I "obviously need to go back to kindergarten" because I was "too stupid to count." I have had good relationships with my various apartment managers for almost a decade of renting and try my best not to be messy, high maintenance, rude or loud. I would not recommend Real Estate 100 to anyone ever, under any circumstances.

I wish there was a BAD button, I would so take advantage of it. Our run in with these people was far less than "Poor - Fair". We stopped by to pick up a listing of current properties. The fellow who worked in the big back office is whom we had the distinct displeasure of speaking with. My roommate was asked if we had any pets, she replied we had two companion pets. He started in on how the review process would take longer as they would need to send forms in to our doctor to confirm they were necessary. She let him know we already have prescriptions for them and he replied "You ARE NOT listening to me". His tone was unprofessional, very accusatory and uncalled for. His bad attitude continued from that moment on, as if we were an imposition instead a prospective customer. Pam, the front desk lady was very warm and kind. I sure hope she moves on to a better place of employment. She doesnt deserve to work along side such a person.
