I cant imagine a better experience when buying a home than the fun we had finding a home with the assistance of Marci Pigg. We just happened to find her by sheer luck, two months before we sold our home in the San Francisco Bay Area. I knew, when we first talked to her, that she was the one for us. She is always professional, but also makes you feel totally at ease, because you know you have found the best. You can also tell that she loves working with people. She is also very flexible. We were very interested in one home and had gone pretty far with the buying process, but then found out that there were problems with bears in the area and decided that this was not the type of area where we wanted to live. We called her up and as soon as we made our intentions clear, she just switched gears and looked for other homes that we might be interested in. Beverly Hart and I believe Debra gave me and my roomates a horrible experience renting through them. They were very rude and disrespectful! I will NEVER want to deal with coldwell again. They were NEVER in their office - We would call multiple times a day, left multiple voicemails and even go to their office and just wait hours for someone to show up ( when we had nowhere to stay and were trying to get the keys to the house that we just got approved for ). While moving out we received a cleaning list, and it asked us to send back a date of when we would like to do a walk-through, I called and asked when a good date would be and got yelled at and said we didnt have to be at the inspection, then she asked if she had to come over and read the paper to me. VERY unprofessional. I wish everyone luck if youre trying to rent a house through them, its not going to be fun!!

Her knowledge and experience and pleasant personality was the inspiration to complete my dream of owning a home. Beverly, the woman from whom we rented, is the rudest person I have ever had the non-pleasure of dealing with. She is routinely disrespectful and unprofessional. I cannot recommend strongly enough that anyone who considers renting from Cutten Realty thinks twice before they do so, until certain employees learn how to interact with customers.
