Rented from 14-17. Poor experience with first agent Steve. Never returned phone calls and took forever to have maintenance problems fixed unless it was an emergency and I continued to call. When they did send someone it was a handyman who could never fix the issue and then they would send another person. The whole process took longer because they did not send the correct person to begin with. Never new Steve left and was not assigned a new agent. When called to report maintenance problems never got a call back from anyone in the office. Finally assigned Kerry Smith and was fine at first, but after a month never returned emails or phone calls. Moved out June 2017 and emailed and called to complete final walkthrough but have not received contact back. Do not rent from this company.

If I was you I would think a few times before you ever trust this group of people I moved here. Had the craziest time finding a place for our family. Well settled for a place with them. After paying rent for more than 3mo no repairs were getting done well 4th mo when dropping off rent Kerry tells me they will be out to take care of all repairs . Next morning note taped to Door we are no longer doing Reatals another company will be taking over please call them at (!!!)!!!-!!!! Dont trust.

Rented a home from Town and Country from 2014-16. The entire staff, particularly Steve and Catherine were very responsive and treated us fairly throughout the process. My only recommendation is to request to be present during the check-out process to make sure theres an opportunity to discuss the difference between normal wear and tear vs. damage. Overall, they care about their tenants and strive to be fair and responsive to concerns.
