This fall I decided to sell my rental property in Newberg, Oregon. As a resident in Washington state, I relied on the professional guidance and expertise of Randy McCreith and Catherine Summers to represent my interests as an out-of-state seller throughout the process. They did a great job of researching the market to find the best price in which to list my home and also assisted me with facilitating communication between myself, my property management company, and the existing tenants to maximize respect and minimize disruption. My home was listed for approximately one week before being matched with interested buyers. The whole transaction has completed itself within 75 days from listing. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.
