Our home needed some work prior to hitting the market -- within hours, Ryan had lined up the repairs. He took what would have been an overwhelming and time-consuming task and made it as easy as possible. We ended up selling over asking price and in ten days in a buyers market. Ryan then helped us purchase a home that we could not be happier with, and he advocated effectively and skillfully on our behalf. The second home that we purchased with Ryans help was purchased in a very competitive sellers market, and it is only due to him that we were able to secure our desired location and type of home.
