When you walk into one of these slum quality rentals, youll immediately be captivated by the scent of mildew and black mold which permeates every wall, carpet, and curtain. This moist environment is encouraged by the aging, substandard doors and windows that allow drafts and water to seep through to create a nurturing environment for the mold spores. This mildew scent will cling to everything you own and youll be able to take it with you outside of the unit so youll never feel like you left home. No pets are allowed, but youll never feel lonely with the millions of sugar ants living off of the water in the bathroom. Dont worry though, they can crawl through the walls into your kitchen cupboards if they need a snack. Dont bother using ant bait either, the numbers will bounce right back after a slight reduction using normal pest control methods. If the ants arent enough companionship for you, dont worry. Youll feel like you also have children of your own when the meth head upstairs allows her children to run around like wild animals all day, jumping on your ceiling like a circus trampoline. She cant control them because shes too tired from sweeping her carpet at 4am to have the energy left to parent her own children. The public faces representing this atrocious business starts with a herd of large, unfriendly women lumbering around the rental office who seem like they would rather get back to their ham sandwiches than actually provide friendly customer service to their rent paying tenants. The ringmaster of these sour elephants and the entire sad circus itself is Jake, the spoiled owner who drives around in brand new vehicles that he is able to afford by ripping off desperate poor people and college students. He accomplishes this through his shady rental practices and bachelors degree in being a slumlord. Come down and rent any of these housing gems today! As an added bonus, they will let upstairs balconies rot and deteriorate to an unusable state before they eventually collapse in the night onto the patio below! Just make sure your family and belongings arent out there when the deck drops (dont worry, the ants will be fine!). Also be prepared to wait a full five months for said balcony to be repaired. Youll be entertained during the wait by the many benefits of renting from this stellar company: illnesses and breathing issues from the black mold, ants doing kitchen tricks, and loud crackhead neighbors. If you are in a desperate situation, please dont make the mistake of renting from these scammers like I did. They are a sideshow nightmare. Please run quickly in another direction and take your money and business to one of the actually reputable and quality property management companies or landlords in this area.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. Absolutely the worst company to go with. After scheduling a move in date we still received the apartment in awful condition mold was growing in corners of the rooms and the carpet needed replaced was damp dirty and covered in pet hair with a strong mildew smell. Plus nothing had been clean from the last tenants even though we gave 3 months in advance notice when we scheduled the move in time. Spent 3 days cleaning the apartment just enough to be livable. When trying to report problems with the unit to the rental company they would just ignore it or say we were wrong. For example we told them multiple time that our bathroom fan didnt work and nobody ever came to inspect it, ended up having to buy a dehumidifier for the bathroom as well as the apartment itself which wasnt properly sealed, another problem we tried to bring to their attention. Also everyone elses parking spot was marked except ours when brought to their attention they never once came to fix it and they swore that it was painted even though we saw it everyday and it clearly did not have any label on it. Laundry machines were out of commission for weeks at a time. Then when we finally moved out they charged us for everything that had already been a problem since we moved in from the previous tenents even though we had sent them pictures and made the damages very clear. Their plan was just to ignore the damages from the last tenents and then try to get the money from us for it.

The worst company I have rent from ever, the duplex I have rented is so bad. No appearance is working. I had to buy washer & dryer, fridge, light for the whole duplex, fire alarms, microwave, disposal and more. And whenI asked them to fix something the take over two weeks and when you call them again they say they didnt know! The worst management ever. All they care about is the money. They charged me 1900 for deposit. When the house not worth that much. The walls are dirty, the floor is dirty, the closet door is broken, the toilet is leaking and blogged so fast. Washer only have hot water no cold water. I suppose to have the garage but the owner have his stuff in there. I have to mow the grace and they ask me to water the grace daily or get out of the house. So much bad people in there. The stuff are nice when you want to rent but after you rent from them the turn to devils. I have trailer in from of my house belongs to the owner and he wont move it away. Do not tent from them, really bad company. Dont deserve even one start.

WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE AGENCY HAD A AWFUL EXPERIENCE i AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND THE AGENT WE HAD CLEARLY CARED MORE ABOUT THE DEAL THAN HER CLIENT. TRUSTED THAT ISSUES THAT WERE IMPORTANT WOULD END UP ON THE FIX ADENDUM AND TRUSTED HER FOR THAT AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE BESIDES BROKEN SEALS ON WINDOWS THE ACTUAL STAIRS IN THE REAR OF THE HOUSE HAS A GIANT GAP BETWEEN TOP STEP AND ENTRY A CLEAR DANGER NEVER MIND FOR SOMEONE WITH A DISABILITY. CLEARLY SHE DID THE ABSOLUTE MIN IMUM TO MAKE SURE THE DEAL WAS COMPLETED SO SHE COULD GET HER CHECK. AFTER THE EXPERIENCE I APPOLIGIZED AT THE FACT THAT I LOST MY TEMPER BUT SHE REPLIED WITHG I AM PRETTY CLOSE TO PERFECT. PRIDE IS A MAJOR STUMBLING BLOCK TO HEAVEN LET ALL BE AWARE THAT THIS AGENCY CLEARLY DOES NOT TEACH THEIR AGENTS ABOUT ETHICS SIMPLY ON HOW TO GET THE DEAL DONE. i AM A 43 YEAR OLD DISABLED VETERAN AND HAVE NEVER BEEN REPRESENTED IN SUCH A HORRIBLE MANNER.

I rented an apartment from this company for almost three years. I was very clean, never complained, and always paid my bills on time. They never fixed anything I asked them to fix...ie, mold, half the outlets in the apartment didnt work, and the light in the bathroom didnt work to name a few things wrong with the apartment. When I moved out I deep cleaned EVERYTHING. I received a bill a month later saying that I didnt pay my October bill in 2008...this is now 2009, AND...I owed them for 10 light bulbs. I left a box of bulbs for the potential next tenant. I know people need a place to live, but these people cant keep records straight, so if you do chose Windermere, then keep EVERY receipt and record you get from them. They will try to cheat you.

I signed my lease moved in to the house on the 23 rd I found a notice on my door the next day them telling me I had to move out 30 days later never rent from them ever they moved my move in date several times and refused to give me back my deposit I can not understand why or how they can do this to a mother with 4 children and I have done nothing wrong they do not get a star from me watch out for a guy named Jake Dalton that works there he manipulates women and takes advantage of them when I was given a DV grant he stole my money and used me he also pretends he is a real estate agent when he is not
