In the crazy real estate market of San Francisco, you want the best agent to help you get the biggest bang for your buck. Whether youre buying or selling, I dont think you can find anyone better than Michael Minson. Michael came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. In fact, having just helped me sell my first home, he exceeded expectations. Besides helping to make the transaction as smooth as possible, his expertise and connections ensured that my SOMA condo put its best foot forward and attracted the attention it needed to find the perfect buyer. In the end, the evidence is in the sale and it speaks for itself. Not only did he manage to sell my unit in half the time it took my neighbors to sell theirs (in the same building, with nearly identical floor plans), but even the final sale price was more than my neighbors places went for (and they even had more square footage!). I cannot recommend Michael enough and, if fortunate enough to find another place in this city, will not hesititate to ask for his assistance again.

Finding rental accommodations for students in San Francisco is a daunting experience. I contacted Dirk Kinley in response to an ad and was treated well with timely responses to my emails, texts and phone messages. I cannot say that for the other 8 agencies I have contacted thus far. The search still goes on but I am grateful for one person who was polite, professional and to the point. Mahalo.

My wife and I sold our condo with their help and what started out as a positive experience turned into a negative one. The agent (Michelle Ye) represented both the buyer and seller in this case and it turned out to be a clear conflict of interest. If I had to do it all again I wouldnt. One bit of advice, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because they are NOT to be trusted.
