Selzer lacked any engagement or urgency in our house sale. We constantly had to follow up with Glenys Simmons just to get traction and basic information. Her utter lack of urgency and proactive involvement almost cost us our contingent sale (and our earnest money) in a market with almost zero properties available. The seller should not have to do all the leg work. The whole interaction made us feel like we were doing all the work so Selzer could collect their sales commission. Thankfully we are out of Mendo now and will never have to deal with Selzer again.
