Public service warning. This place should be SHUT DOWN and put out of business permanently. RE/MAX Equity Group has one goal: TO STEAL ALL OF YOUR EQUITY. This is a fact. If you see a house or property listed by them, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT. Every time you see a nasty sign put in the ground by these Realtors, you KNOW that is EVIL ground, and you are better off looking for an FSBO or brokerage that charges only 1 percent. Real estate agents are not economists who understand "the market". They are not professional carpenters. They are not CPAs. They are not plumbers. They are not JD degree-holding attorneys. They are not concrete laborers, or electricians, or licensed home inspectors. Realtors are LOBBYISTS whose business is to EXTORT people. Realtors accomplish their thievery with very underhanded tactics: CARTEL collusion with other agents and brokerages, (their 6 percent commission split). The NAR does claim it has a supposed code of "ethics"; but, just like the KKK, there is NOTHING ETHICAL about their code. These people are not good people; they are lazy, overweight salespeople who have no morals. They should be ashamed of their despicable profession. Please learn from my mistake in originally giving REALTORS the benefit of the doubt even once. I got duped. I was tricked into TAKING OUT A BIGGER LOAN TO PAY THESE SLEAZE BAGS THEIR COMMISSIONS. -- They poached an FSBO -- They jacked up the price -- LIED about "competing offers". -- They falsified info on the MLS and in papers THEY CHARGED $3000 PER HOUR. Saddest news of all: Ive had to dump over $25,000 MORE DOLLARS (amount updated for Sept 2016) into this house. The sewer line exploded. There was rot in the crawlspace. The electrical box about caught the house on fire. The roof is dying a slow death. If they scammed me, they will scam you... that is the way the world works. STAY AWAY from Realtors, especially these ones. Their association with the lobbying group known as "National Association of REALTORS" spends money lobbying so it can silence people like me... but you WILL NOT SILENCE ME. I will make sure everybody in OREGON knows just how EVIL your company is.

What the heck? This isnt even a Remax office! Realtors have a bad enough image as it is, much less having to start off with lies about who they are! Check it out! Does Google even allow someone to hijack another companys name? How can you trust this company?
