Im was very fortunate to have found Susan Moore at RE/Max Integrity as my buyers agent for my move from California to the Eugene-Springfield area. After requesting more information from online listings, I talked to several Oregon agents but didnt feel a connection to any of them. Then I saw very positive reviews for Susan Moore on another site. It seems relocation to Oregon for out of state buyers is a speciality of hers. She spent several days driving me around looking at properties. When I found the right one, she wrote up an excellent offer that was quickly accepted in a very competitive market. After I left town she followed up with details I couldnt handle from out of town. Susan is caring, knows the local real estate market, and gets the results you want. I highly recommend her to either buyers or sellers.

Be aware of Gary Gramespatcher, the guy is a liar and a thief, he run away from California where he deceived so many people, but at least he was forced to file for bankruptcy as a last resource so he will not pay anybody, be careful with this guy, or better yet, ask for another agent to help you with your purchase.
