Brian and Nina impressed us right away with their proactivity and expertise yet the characteristic that made them stand out to us among others was their trustworthiness. It became evident to us that Brian and Nina genuinely had our best interest in mind, which was a monumental relief for us as novice home buyers. They got to know us and made us feel like they had all the time in the world for us. Brian asked direct questions and gave honest, forthright feedback. Nina was consistently optimistic and encouraging. We found them to available for us with just a phone call and completely engaged, even when we asked to see the house again and again ... and again! Based on our experience, I truly believe Brian and Nina see real estate as more than a job, but as an opportunity to give of themselves personally to those that need their help.

As first-time home sellers, my husband and I were very thankful and happy to have had Brian and Nina working for us. The thing I appreciated the most was that they kept in regular and frequent communication with us. There were a lot of things we didnt understand and decisions to make as we went along, and Brian was careful to explain all the pros and cons of each situation so we could make an informed choice. I was also very happy with the way so much of the paper work was handled digitally. We live well outside the Salem area, and it would have been difficult to sign off on many of the documents if wed had to make multiple trips to sign in person. Brian and Nina are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and efficient. They would be my first choice for real estate service needs, and I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Brian and Nina White. I was very anxious about the whole process of selling my house but Brian put me at easy. Very professional telling me exactly what to expect. Always making sure I knew they were just a call, text or email away. Brian gave me advice for staging the house and is very knowledgeable and explained everything I didn’t understand. Contacted them about a property they are listing. I asked about what issues house would have and what work would need done. They were honest and straight to the point even offering advice on the best way to approach these issues. I know that certain laws require these disclosures, but many realtors find ways to omit them anyway to their own benefit. Appreciate the honesty and responsiveness.
