**updated review** I used Groupon for jiffy lube and it was awesome and is the reason they got 2 stars. The jiffy lube has gone way down hill. They are slow and customer service has changed and is horrible. The person at the register should not be there or be the representative for jiffy lube. If you are going to go get an oil change there get the Groupon and be prepared to wait a minimum of an hour and a half. They didnt even open my door for me and just left the keys in the ignition. Was it a horrible experience? No was it a fantastic experience? No it was just getting my oil changed.

Terrible and rude customer service. They also "misdiagnosed" my car after inspecting it and recommended I fix a problem I did not have. They also didnt notice I needed new front breaks. This is all because Uber forces its drivers to get a vehicle inspection at this place. Every-time I go here the management seems to change. Its an indication employees dont want to stay here. I highly recommend Beach Front Auto. Its one of the few honest auto shops in town apparently.

All customers need to pay attention to this Jiffy Lube has been scamming people theres even a video on YouTube and actual investigation on Jiffy Lube scamming caught on tape on YouTube but after watching that video I will never go to Jiffy Lube again
