These guys were so easy to work with! They know good customer service. Each person I spoke to, mainly Don, was very nice over the phone, they explained everything and were very thorough in making sure they made the correct diagnosis. They let me drop my car off after hours, and were able to help me process what I owed them and get my car back to me, ISSUE SOLVED, and pick my car up after they closed that same day because I work past the time they close. They didnt rip me off either. Very fair pricing. They definitely have me as a returning customer if I need anything else done.

I rented a car in San Jose and drove to San Luis to visit my college student son (we live out of state). The car had a warning light come on. I called rental agency and they said to take it 30 miles up the road to their nearest location. Instead, I stopped by Certified and they plugged in their computer and read the code. Turned out to be ignorable for the duration of my rental. They didnt charge me! My son now uses this shop for his car. They do good work every time. Great place, great people.

Correctly diagnosed my problem in one question on the spot, was the only shop in town that quoted me a reasonable labor cost, stood by their quote, accommodated me supplying my own parts, and did top notch work!
