Ive been there several times because it is the closest post office of my location. The employees do not know any customer service skill. They help you well but only to a point butt generally theyre never happy that you are there and need their help. Every time I had the same experience of a really cold shoulder offered to me by the employees. They are pretty mean and the fact that you are nice wont change anything. I work in an office and I go almost every day to the post office in Martinez California with the mail that belongs to our office. Such a huge difference in service. Different type of services I do everything Martinez post office are being refused in Bay Point. In Martinez , they would scan the prepaid shipping labels in order to have a proof that I dropped off the package to the post office so it is in the system just in case if it gets lost so I get to be reimbursed by the insurance I have for the packages. When I drop a package off in Martinez, they would even check if the amount of stamps on a package is enough. I have requested the same service in Bay Point different days and different times of the day with different employees. Nobody wanted to help me in any way. They told me several times if I want that type of service to go to Pittsburg post office which is the main one. They are always rude when they talk to you.

Dont expect super great customer service. Employees dont seem too happy but they do get you want you need. Its best to just print out a shipping label from Paypal and drop off your packages. Be warned that sometimes they will have lunch breaks at a random time of the day and they will have a sign posted up saying they are eating lunch (because people need to eat to function!) There is always tons of parking out in front and there is a police station close by.

I wish I could post a picture of my mail that is soaked because the post man is too damn lazy to put down the lid of the mail box. It has happened before but it was raining for the past 24 hours it had to of been raining when you delivered my mail. Are you really that lazy or just too damn stupid?? (And this is the post office that delivers my mail)

Poor customer service, employees do the job I think cause benefits but no love for what they do, ( no sense of humor at all) plus I been there like six times between 12:00 to almost 3:00 and is always close ( seems to be like three hour lunch)
