WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. For the first time today I went there about 4:45 pm. I had a package to ship international. I asked the guy was there for my options. He just said " use any of those envelopes over there" that was not friendly and what I was expected. I prepare my package and the forms, it turned to 5:00 PM . He didnt accept my package and said "you should pay for the envelope and come back to shipping that tomorrow by 10 am". I said " I am not here to buy envelope, if you are not going to ship my package, I am not willing to pay any money. He waste the envelope and didnt let other lady also to ship my package as well. It was only 05:03 PM, when I got out of the office. IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS A GOVERNMENT JOB, AND THEY ARE NOT CARE AT ALL.THEY TREAT PEOPLE HOWEVER THEY WANT.

The service does suck at this Post Office. These people are federal employees. They act as if they are doing someone a favor by showing up to work. It is your job that you chose to work as a customer service representative (that you get paid very well for) at the post office, and if you are unhappy with the career choice that you made in life, then find another job---do not take it out on your customers. It is so ignorant. No one wants to wait in line just to get to the counter and deal with your ignorance! Please act professional in every aspect of the duties which you perform. Be proactive; and delight your customer in every way possible---and as a result, maybe you will learn to like yourself.

5 STARS! They are working hard. The last 25 years Dublins population has doubled but the PO staff & building have not.. There was a long line when they opened this morning Oct. 7 but there was a floating employee working the line. He helped people with things they didnt need to wait for counter help. Very effective at reducing the line & customer service oriented. A supervisor came over to help me & took me away from the counter to help me get a valid return label for JC Penney at the machine in the lobby. She was so very helpful & customer service oriented. Very commendable. A+++++++

I have a business and for two days now I have not seen a mailman... And when I called I no one could help me...after speaking to 4 people they finally told me that they were just running behind schedule.....Two days behind!!??!!?? Everytime I go in there there is only one or two people working the counter and they are Soooooo slow!!!!!! and RUDE! I now perfer to drive from Dublin to Livermore or Pleasanton to use a post office. Some thing need to improve with this post office or just close the doors already!

For the second time this holiday season, a package tracking says that the item has been delivered but it in fact had not. In fact, this time, the tracking said it was delivered on 12/13 but has not been received as of 12/16. These people do not deserve raises or jobs that make it nearly impossible to get fired.

Avoid this location if you can. Dont get confused with 1.5 star rating, its actually 1 star only, check the number of contributions by the 5 start rating provider. Its a unanimous 1 start place. They dont pick up the phone. Even if your task is done, you will feel that they miss the feeling of serving.

The lines are not long. The service is very, very slow. There were only 2 people ahead of me and it took them 30 minutes to get through them. I watched as the worker slowly taped the customers package. I suggest going at non peak hours

This post offices terrible, for the number of people in Dublin this is shameful. small and pathetic post office. The lines are always long, on Sat. nobody picks up the phone, this is why nobody uses Postal Service anymore

It feels more like a train ticket office in a underdeveloped country. Parking is tricky, limited, and dangerous! Slow service, dinginess all around, restless customers, and staff that is robotic and dour-faced.

This location is always very busy, so prepare your packages at home and pop in to use the self-serve shipping machines in the lobby. This is by far the fastest way to handle business at this post office.

Ive tried calling 5 times today. No answer. No answering machine. Impossible for me to stop in, as I live in MA. My package has been waiting there for 5 nights still in pre-shipment phase. Total joke.
